This review is based on my experience with one of the employees only and may not reflect my thoughts on all the employees as a whole or the service at other times of the day.
I want to take a moment to recognize Tyler, who is hands-down the best Tim Hortons employee I’ve ever encountered. Tyler’s ability to consistently make my drink perfect every single time is nothing short of magic. It’s a drink I’ve ordered at other locations countless times, and somehow, they just don’t get it right. But Tyler? He nails it every single time. He knows exactly what I need to end my day off right.
It’s not just about the drink, though. Tyler brings a level of care and attention to his work that is rare to see. Whether it’s his friendly demeanor, quick service, or genuine effort to make sure everything is just how you like it, he sets the standard for exceptional customer service.
Tim Hortons is lucky to have someone like Tyler on their team. He’s the kind of employee who makes you want to return to the same location time and time again, which I do, almost every night and all I need to say is “Hi, Tyler!” and he knows exactly what I want. Thank you, Tyler, for your consistency, professionalism, and for being the highlight of my evenings after rough days. You’re truly the best!

Read moreIt was Father's Day yesterday and my Dad used to go out of his way to a specific Tim Horton's for the lemon poppyseed muffins. I was on my way to visit him and wondered if my usual Tim Hortons had any, so I called. The manager (Kevin) answered and said they were going to make a batch. When I arrived all of the folks at the counter were aware and ran off to get the muffins. They special made a beef and cheese sandwich for his dog as well. I don't expect them to normally take requests and whip up special batches, (I hope leaving this review doesn't get anyone in trouble...) but I really appreciated what they did for me and the way they did it. This is my usual Tim's that I have been going to pretty much daily for years and I don't recall a negative experience. And you know once in a while you get a bad coffee - of the probably thousands of coffees I have ordered here I don't think I've ever got a bad one.. Not from this location. Always good stuff - but I had one of his (6) fresh muffins and think it may have been the best muffin I've ever had. Read moreWorst Tim Horton's in town. Staff is always stressed and confusing orders. The one older woman is the worst for drive through. She's not friendly at all. I work along the four corners so i come here often. They have got my order wrong more times than right( you just have to expect it and check before driving off.every time) Ran by kids with a slacking manager it seems. Had ordered a Greek wrap and somehow, all the condiments were on the outside of the wrap. Half of it was crushed. Upon going into the restaurant vs back through drive thru, she hassled me and questioned me about my order. As if I was trying to score free food(what). I just wanted it re-wrapped. When she seen I became ticked off she advised me they had no more grilled chicken( my wrap did not have any chicken anyway, another disappointment) and later no crispy. This ordeal took over 30 minutes in which I had told them to provide me with a transaction number which they would not do. I told them having no chicken is not personally their fault and I received a new transaction number with no wrap, they took my other one and advised me to write a letter after returning my money.
