Very disappointed in this location tonight! The spicy perogy pizza is my all-time favorite pizza. I ordered one for pick up today. I told the girl on the phone that I did not need the extra sour cream on the side simply because I don't use it so I don't want to waste it. She decided to order it with no sour cream at all which is the base of this pizza! I did'nt notice till I was back home and taking a bite, it was so disgustingly dry! I called in to let them know, the girl on the phone admitted that she took the order and thought I said I did'nt want any sour cream, nope not how I ordered it! I asked if I could talk to a manager and was told they were all insanely busy and also that she wasn't sure someone could bring me a new one.. ummm ok... after saying a few times that this should not be on me as it was not my fault she got a manager on the phone. Her tone right away was so off putting, like how dare I inconvenience her with this issue when she is busy. Reluctantly I said I'll just come pick up a new one, although not impressed at all! When I arrived the manager that had spoken to me brought it out, I let her know that she was very off putting on the phone and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I am a manger in the same industry, and I told her this but she did'nt seem to care what I had to say and too focused on being in the right. Read moreWe called ahead to see if the location was busy yesterday and the server stated she can add us to the wait list as the wait was 45 minutes. In between then they called us and said it was ready 5 minutes later, so we told them we would be there in 40 minutes and the waitress said that's fine but she'll have to add us back to the wait list. Anyways this is besides the fact.
When we arrived we were verbally attacked by the manager, scolded as we were children. The manager stated this is not how waitlist work etc. None of us argued or said anything. We were simply belittled infront of the entire restaurant, the manager "Jessica" really needs to work on her communication with customers, if they couldn't seat us thats fine but there's no reason to talk to customers like that. Communication and setting an example for staff to follow is vital for a business, management must address this issue of disrespect towards customers. I understand that perhaps the manager might have been having a bad day, but whatever the message the manager wanted to get across could have been said respectfully.
Very disappointed being a regular customer at Boston Pizza. This event turned our night out into a nightmare, you are running a restaurant not enforcing the law, customer service is vital, a complete power trip by the manager Jessica.

Read moreThe food was very good and was seated right away. However, my issue is with the server and the atrocious service. My friend and I went here to eat and the server barely acknowledged me but was very attentive to my friend. I was polite and my order was simple. Therefore, there was no need for her behaviour. This happened from the very moment she came to our table. Every other Boston Pizza I have gone too has never been that way. Additionally, they automatically provide you with cutlery, ask if you would like cheese on your pasta, and ask if you would like a container to take your food to go, when you have a lot of food left. This was not the case at this location with that particular server. We had to ask for cutlery and the cheese for the pasta. Upon paying ANOTHER server had asked me if I would like a container for my food. Our original server came back asked if my friend wanted change, he said "no, that we are waiting for the container for my food, from the other server". He clearly had eaten all of his food and his plate was already taken to the back. The original server brought the container and/or bag, then she handed it to him with a hint of annoyance and left. My friend then said "What is up with that? Why didn't she just hand it to you?" Management was very professional and understanding...
