barBURRITO — Restaurant in Brantford

Edit: Your team did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation, actually tried to place the blame on us instead for using a “fake website” (we used the website associated with this google address!). Downright lazy team. Shame on you Barburrito. Absolutely no compensation or any help offered whatsoever.

Wanted to share a gross and somewhat scary experience involving Barburrito, 50 market street south, Brantford

Two nights ago my girlfriend attempted to place an online order with Barburrito and prepay using her credit card so that we could pick up. After placing the order, she was redirected to the home screen without any confirmation from the barburrito website. She didn’t know if the order was placed, so she attempted the same order using another credit card.

Today, she received a call from both of her banks, saying her cards have been locked down due to fraudulent activities. Apparently, someone from Barburrito or otherwise, is attempting to add her credit cards to a google wallet account. She is completely locked out of both cards, and we are able to narrow down it was barburrito because this was the only place she attempted to use both cards.

The $16, mid tier burrito that we ordered is no where near worth the hassle of being locked out of two cards and now dealing with the bank. I’m not sure if barburrito is experiencing a cybersecurity issue, but I hope this review prevents someone else from being completely locked out of their bank for fraudulent activities

Safe to say we will not...

This would have received 3 stars but the washroom/toilet was absolutely disgusting. It was as bad as some of the worst outdoor gas station toilets I've used. I won't go into details but I will say the sink was filmy and grimy, as was the mirror, the floor, and the toilet...I can't even get close to describing what it was like (it WAS flushed) without being really gross. If I hadn't already paid for the burrito, I would not have eaten there, guaranteed. But I had paid, it had been made for me, and I don't like to waste, so I ate it. The burrito itself was middle of the road, but to be fair, I'm not a huge fan of Mexican so it may have been stellar. The burrito on its own would have received 3 stars, but I was unimpressed that the advertised burrito special outside that drew me in, was only valid with purchase of a drink. I don't like the bait and switch tactic, so 2 stars for the burrito, and lose another for the vile toilet. If that's what your washroom looks like, what does your kitchen...

I was craving a burrito for awhile & went to get a $5.99 Monday Mexx burrito. I did not order my usual so I thought I try something new. Do not order the Crunchy Burrito.

1. Crunchy Chicken is not included in the Monday special.
2. mine was horrible hardly NO chicken in it only crunch. My burrito was literally only rice & black beans with every bite (I only ate half). The girl only put 4 pieces of so called crunchy chicken in the burrito. Maybe she is trained only to put 4 pieces in. It was also supposed to be spicy Buffalo -no flavor of any spice very dry burrito. Hardly tasted the cheese, lettuce & very dry only rice & black beans. I gave my husband the other 1/2 of my burrito & he also said there no chicken in this & I said I know & the one little crunchy piece he found he gave to me.

Overall Crunchy Buffalo chicken burrito small $10.69 is NOT worth it if it is...
