Pizza was decent but too bad because the service is rude and ignorant. They called me multiple times with harrassment and even after i asked them to stop calling me they started texting me. They left me threatening messages multiple times. They should be careful with harrassment or they may find themselves in legal trouble. Never order from here. Extremely rude customer service. They also keep accussing me of picking yp my pizza at a city pizza king george location. First of all they are different names. CITY SOUTH PIZZA and CITY PIZZA also in 2 very different locations. I would never drive all the way to king george st to get a pizza. Second of all my email confirmations and receipt say CITY SOUTH PIZZA where i also picked up my order from. It also has th2 name CITY SOUTH PIZZA on the top pf the box. Third of all if i ordered from CiTY PIZZA on king george by accident ( which i did not ) how would CITY SOUTH PIZZA on Colborne street magically have my order ready for me to my exact order? Your company keeps accussing me of ridiculous accuaations that defy any commen sense. I ordered from CITY SOUTH PIZZA ON COLBORNE. I HAVE THE RECEIPTS. I PICKED UP MY ORDER ON COLBORNE STREET. I then took my pizza home ( FROM COLBORNE STREET LOCATION) NOT ON KING GEROGE AS I WOULD NEVER BE ON KING GEROEGE STREET. Not to mention the differnt company name that is also obvious. I took my pizza home after paying for my order at the COLBORNE CITY SOUTH PIZZA location and ate it with my family. There should be no confusion. At all. So if your company could stop harrassing me that would be great. Also posting an image of my private number used to order the pizza seems like a breach of company-client confidentiality and very unprofessional considering I paid for my order in full and picked it up accordingly. Tandoori paneer pizza - asked for it to be extra spicy. Came out soggy and absolutely tasteless. Tasted like weeks old paneer. The size was enormous for a medium but they made it a thin crust for no reason. I would rather they ask my crust preferences or make a regular crust with a medium size pizza instead of trying to trick with me with a large thin crust. Also, what’s the point of quantity over quality? I could barely finish a slice before having to throw it out. Please don’t order or please don’t have expectations.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I promised I would! Anytime I walk into South City Pizza I’m greeted with a smile and usually some really helpful questions and suggestions such as… what would you like? How can I help you? Breathe! Garlic sticks are way better than the bread. TRUST ME - says the Pizza man Haha I write it like that because the gentleman that works there is soooo personable and funny! I can honestly say I’ve never had something there I didn’t like! Wings were great, pizza slices - great! Garlic Sticks vs Bread , I trusted him and he was right! It was delicious!! I most recently tried the garlic sticks with veg. Oh em gee!! If you haven’t had this, run don’t walk, remember to breathe and order it!! You won’t be disappointed!!
