KFC — Restaurant in Brantford

If I could give zero star I would!!! AVOID THIS STORE LOCATION AT ALL!!! I ordered double chicken bucket from this restaurant for dinner and their chicken on the bucket is mixed with good and bad chicken. I'm talking about chicken that smells bad, rancid and dark colored like its been outside the fridge for days.. expired chicken. I don't know how they inspect their food quality for this restaurant but that is so bad. they should be cooking fresh chicken all the time.. and the worst part is that we called this location and the manager is so rude and ignorant! She tries to make excuses like its just the oil that they use and that its not their fault anymore and that's the delivery's fault. how can it be the delivery drivers fault its their store that made it! and how can she explain some good mixed in with the bad ones if its the oil.. and I know fresh fried chicken smells like and taste like compared to the bad ones.! Seriously this restaurant needs to be checked for FOOD SAFETY CONCERN!!!! do not go here go somewhere else where...

Awful customer service, staff denied to add on combo item qty which we always buy at other taco bell in town. He was not ready to listen or understand, instead told us that we are wasting his time!!

Upon asking store number and detail he got angry on us and said he is not authorized to do that and we can call head office if we want to and go to other Taco Bell to place order. he also said no to our order or denied giving any other receipt so we can check store number..

We (me and my wife) were told that he will call security to show his power!! We still couldnt understand what he meant and why he gave such statement upon asking only store number or explanation on combo policy!

All we wanted to do was contact KFC/Taco bell and share our experiance and know combo policy.

We drove 6 km down to different Taco Bell store and our order was honored with same combo option without any issue..

I don't know but this place gives me the creeps. None of the staff appear to be wearing hair nets in the back while prepping food. I never see or hear any hand washing going on...you can tell when a food business is on top of food safety protocols and I question this place?? I picked up soft tacos and the taco shells were stale....like hard....SOFT TACOS!!! I'm not surprised that this KFC only has an average 2 star rating. I don't know if public health goes into this place on a regular basis....but they should. Lol...I was just reading the 5 star reviews....come on guys.Its the staff and owners.They all have the same last name and they are ALL East Indian which is what the staff are. That is VERY obvious.We're not stupid. The location is AWFUL...I thought it was only me with the food safety concerns but it's not.I wont eat there again now that I've read the other...
