Very Disappointing!!

I’m newer to brantford area so I was looking for a great burger and decided to try this place. I ordered a reg size burger meal which came to $19.60!!! I thought, well, it better be damn good like five guys or something, Ha- yeah right! Burger was dry and tasteless no seasoning. The bun was also a dry bread , like a cheap bread not one of those nice buns and not even toasted. Why is the food so pricey if it is worse than McDonald’s? I asked for onion rings and the manager left out that there was an upcharge for this , he later ‘felt bad’ so offered to upsize my drink. Felt that was dishonest service. The onion rings were so dried out and burnt they were deep dark brown not golden , crisp to a tee!! Should have taken a photo. When I got home to try the food I was so disappointed, threw out most of it, especially the oinion rings bc I did not want to clog my arteries! Well, you guys may have scored $20 for a dry burger and some bottom of the fryer onion rings - but I can say I will NEVER order food from here again, nor will my husband or our families. I got a junior burger combo, which was pretty good, not much complaints there.

However, my boyfriend got the Montreal smoked meat sandwich. First of all, the picture of the food is misleading. His sandwich was tiny and the picture makes it seem like your getting a big burger with lots if meat. The meat was like packaged lunch meat quality. The picture compared to the actual sandwich was very sad. It was child size sandwich bread. Second, the cashier asked if he wanted a pickle on the side without mentioning an extra charge. (Keep in mind that usually places don't charge you for a pickle, so he said yes) When we got the receipt, we were charged 1.49 for a whole pickle sliced in quarters. The pickle was decent but not worth 1.49. Cashiers should be more transparent with their customers about extra charges. The fries were also not crispy at all. We ate them right away to avoid soggy fries but they came soggy, the side gravy saved them. (Gravy was good) Overall, not impressed but not...

First of all I would like to apologize for the negative feedback. When me and my friend entered to the store, the customer representative was genuine, but when we placed an order and wanted something grilled, he was like “the store is busy, sorry we can’t help you with that”! I mean if other customer wants something extra in the order then are you guys tell them the same thing? We’re busy we can’t help you with that?? I mean seriously? Is this how you should treat customers? Well we’ve never experienced something like this before in any of the food industry, all of the representatives were good to us even if we want something extra!! But I am sorry to say that I didn’t like the customer service at all, and the answer that the representative gave us was not an appropriate and that’s why I am giving 1 star and this feedback and yes, I will not suggest my friends to visit this store ever again!
