The truck had delicious food smells when we walked up to it, so I knew it would be good. The burgers were proper smash burgers made with fresh lean beef. The burgers were big and perfectly cooked, not greasy but very tasty. Onion rings crispy, and a large portion. Wings very crispy, light on the sauce but still tasty. Would request a side cup of sauce next time. Poutine sprinkled with green onions. Proper fresh skin-on fries, poutine had so much cheese curd it took some effort to pull the fries apart. My partner and I stopped by Uncle J’s Eats and Sweets and ordered the two burger, fries, and wings combo—and we were not disappointed! Even though there were about three orders ahead of us, the wait was surprisingly short. The food was incredibly fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious.

To top it off, the staff went above and beyond by throwing in two butter tarts for us to enjoy. It’s little touches like this that make a big difference and show how much they value their customers.
