Paid for 2 dips with my order and 3 drinks, order arrived with one dip and one drink. Called to let them know and they told me they were closed before I could explain anything. I had to talk over them to explain myself. They said they would call the driver and promptly hung up.
They called me back a few minutes later to say the driver had left the drinks at my door (he only handed one to me, and I even went back out to look while still on the phone, the other drinks were not there) they then told me they were out of roasted garlic dip and had sent regular garlic dip instead, and I must be mistaken, it should be in the boxes. I looked again, there was clearly only one container of dip, and it wasn't garlic dip at all, it was marinara or ketchup or something.
I know it seems petty, but those items were add ons that cost another ten dollars or so. To have substituted items without being contacted isn't too big a deal, it's just dip. But to have items missing and having to argue about it? Listen, I get that it's a holiday and you are closing early, but don't dismiss your customers when they pay for stuff that doesn't show up.
I'll be taking my business elsewhere. The food is good, and staff has always been friendly, but I don't like being dismissed when there is an issue...
Read moreHad the absolute worst experience with the new Westminster hellcrust pizza tonight. First of all 2 and a half hours waiting for my food, after they were 30 minutes late my husband went up to ask them what was going on they said they were just busy it wont be made for another 20 minutes... He come back another HOUR goes by and i call them and they said they FORGOT about our order and had to make a new one but the driver just left which took another 20 minutes... They're 3 minutes away by car.. it was ridiculous my husband walked there in less than 10 minutes. And the customer service was garbage they told us there would be a free item for the concern there was not and they argued with us on the phone (which for the first while they didn't even answer and when my husband went up there it was sitting off the hook)
Overall disappointed, us and our 2 kids are now eating at 9 pm. They were rude and there were other people in there complaining when my husband went in. Buyer beware and dont ever try to order online they'll forget about you forsure.

Read moreWe were going to order from here a few weeks ago, but it was surprisingly pricey. Last night we ended up getting the special with 2 x-large specialty pizzas with a 2L pop, as well as hot wings. The wings were great tasting and I like the pizza's soft chewy crust.
BUT they messed up our order. One of them was supposed to be hawaiian. It didn't have pineapples so obviously it wasn't hawaiian. It looked like ham, pepperoni, and sausages. We like those too, so enjoyed eating it nonetheless. But I'm looking at it today and I'm not sure if there also might be beef on this pizza? This is issue for us because my partner is not supposed to eat beef.
So the moral of the story is: if someone messes up your order, maybe call to make a complaint right away instead of trying to be 'nice' to avoid a hassle. Also, try not to mess up people's food orders as they may have dietary restrictions, be it medical or religious.
We did enjoy the food, but getting the wrong thing the first time ordering from here leaves a bit of a bad impression, along with the prices. Having a pick-up special...
