McDonald's — Restaurant in British Columbia

This is what you get when you have a monopoly. The customers are the ones who suffer.

I have never been to a McDonald’s that an order can go so wrong.

First we placed and order of 2 happy meals and 1 Big Mac meal. We wanted to change the drinks for happy meals from juice to milk, and the staff was too damn lazy to help make a change and forced us to order 2 new chocolate milks.

When our orders came, they gave us the chocolate milks they charged, but did not give us the juice even it’s part of the happy meals.

We upgraded the fries to McShaker, but they didn’t give us the McShaker stuff that we also got charged more for.

And then later we also found they forgot the McNuggets sauces.

Throughout the whole time we were there, the ketchups went out. We asked for the packs and the staff gave us an attitude. When I told them your ketchup ran out at the station, then they reluctantly gave us TWO packs. I asked for more and the staff gave me some more attitude, and gave us another TWO packs. How generous!

The napkins were also ran out the whole time. The garbage was also completely full and was overflowing.

No more this McDonald’s. I will just pay a little more to a legit restaurant to get food. It’s not like McDonald’s is...

Worst McDonalds service ever. This is the first negative review I have written for a place, but the staff (and particularly the Manager) at this McDonald’s (working on Sep 22, at 11am) made me so so angry. I was in a rush and told my order SEVERAL times, but they still got it wrong (forgetting my fries with my cheeseburger meal), I then spoke to 2 different staff, including the one who got my order wrong (and he remembered getting my order wrong), and none of them offered me fries. The staff then got a Manager who proceeded to tell me that they don’t have cheeseburger meals (which should have been told to me when I asked to buy “a dipping sauce for my fries”) and he still didn’t offer me any fries, so I said “I guess I will go back to my table and just eat my cheeseburger”. My father got irritated at the story and called the Manager over, who then proceeded to LIE to my father that he did offer me fries. This made me even more mad. We were now late for our appointment because of this fiasco, and I was left hungry and irate. I then heard from someone else that this McDonald’s got a large order of theirs completely wrong earlier and then just refused to admit/accept it. Absolutely...

I ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals, a 10 PC nugget, drink and fries. The drinks were wrong (didn't say anything...at first), the kids said no BBQ sauce so I checked my bag nothing and asked for the BBQ sauce. Was given 1 and said I would need another (I don't care for sauce so only need 1 each for the kids) was then told they were in bag... checked again and no. Then they proceeded to tell me I was going to have to pay for them... while I'm still in drive thru. I said absolutely not I just ordered 20 nuggets total and just wanted the sauce that should have been included. They gave another which I don't know what the problem was... I didn't receive any and I'm definitely not a BBQ sauce hoarder. To top off one of the kids didn't even receive the happy meal toy. Also still no sauce magically appeared in anyone's meal. Yes mistakes happen but making a customer feel like they didn't deserve kindness and respect over a sauce pack and to try to charge them for it is crazy.
