Horrible service. We tried to order a quick pizza for our kids. We paid for an “extra topping” and asked that it be only on one side of the pizza, leaving half plain cheese. They said the only way they would do this is to charge us for “double toppings”

I asked them to explain how it’s considered $6 in “double toppings” when one half of the pizza has zero toppings…

We explained we didnt want anything double, that we simply wanted the topping on only one half of pizza, they could not comprehend and continued to try and charge us extra.

They didn’t proceed to make the order until the manager had time to call us… which he refused to do. We waited 15 minutes to speak with someone and no response. We called back and they said that their manager would call us when “he has time”

Meanwhile we have kids here still waiting for dinner.

We cancelled our order and will never support their business again.

Used skip the dishes. Made a double order of the same 2 for 1 bbq rib and lasagna meal. Only half my order arrived . Skip the dishes team was amazing trying to fix the issue right away. The food was okay but I only had 2 meals to feed 5 people. I am truly disappointed that new west pizza did NOT try to help me get the rest of my order when the hrs of operation stated they were open for the next 3 hours. Huge thank you to the skip team for refunding my extra amount.

Response: I spoke to both newwestpizza employee as well as skip the dishes... I'm sorry to say the employee on the phone told me there was no way to have my food resent. After speaking to skip the dishes twice they informed me that the vendor (you) was not able to complete the order at that time (almost identical wording to the nwp employee had already given me) Thank you for the response Skip...
