Queensboro Pizza — Restaurant in British Columbia

THIS RESTAURANT SERVED ME RAW CHICKEN. I ordered the Ceasar salad and when I went to bite into it I realized that the chicken was completely Raw! So I called To tell them and the woman who told me her name was Kieran (not sure of spelling) told me that they don't cook their chicken there and that it tastes better raw and that people don't get sick from eating raw chicken. She actually said that. No apologies, no offering to make it right. I asked for the owners contact information and she told me that he won't care about this and that he shouldn't be bothered with this issue. Then she told me that she will give me my money back but that they will never take an order from me again. I am so so disgusted by not only being served raw chicken and being told its fine, but the horrible customer service I received when I brought this to their attention. I order from there all the time, I can't even believe this is how they would treat a customer. Serving raw meat...

Decided to try this place in 2018 and it was the best pizza in the area that delivered to my home. I ordered the shahi paneer and butter chicken, it was loaded with toppings and when I pulled a slice of pie from the box the cheese was stringy. I enjoyed their pizza until recently... the 2nd last time the pizza dough was dry and the butter chicken pizza barely had any butter chicken sauce. I called in to give them my feedback and the lady on the phone said they'll do better next time. This time the dough was slightly better but still on the dryer side and the butter chicken pizza was missing the sauce entirely. I called in again to leave my feedback and the lady said the same thing. Unfortunately, I will be looking for another pizza joint. I wanted to keep supporting this ma and pa shop but they're not delivering a quality...

Their pizza is usually great but tonight they had absolutely terrible service. When I called and ordered they told me it would be delivered in 30mins. After waiting for over 45mins I called to check on the order. They told me the delivery driver had just left and would be here in 10mins...almost 30 MINUTES LATE! I asked them why they couldn't have called me to tell me of the delay but the person on the phone just kept blaming the driver. I have been ordering from these guys for quite some time but they have been delivering their pizza progressively later and later and now with this poor customer service I have to seriously consider if I will be ordering from here again.

When the pizza finally arrived a full 40 minutes late, it was the wrong type of pizza, the wrong size and the two dips I ordered...
