Starbucks — Restaurant in British Columbia

The staff, here, are fantastic. But... they have about two tables and three chairs, and they've recently removed even those - plus all their outdoor seating, as well. If you're planning on coming here for a cuppa, be prepared to sit in your car to drink it. (There's a 7-11, up the street, with actual seating, BTW.)

Edited to add: the two tables and three chairs are now back in use. You may wish to bring noise-cancelling headphones with you, when you come, however, as the soundtrack on repeat, at this location, is hugely depressing. Someone currently warbling on about, "Nobody loves me." Please someone bring the eighties back.

Edited, 25/07/2022, to remove any stars I gave previously and to add a comment on the new renovation: Looks nice, but their indoor seating now consists of two long tables, against the windows, with four stools at each one of them. I went in and put my books down, at the end of one table, before ordering, but overheard a family arguing with one another about how I just took one of the seats they needed to sit down together, so I packed up my stuff and left, 'cause the only other seating is outdoors, in the sun. If you're looking for a place to actually sit and enjoy your coffee, especially if you're more than one person, and if you're coming on a day when you'd rather not sit outdoors, this place is a non-starter, unreliable at...

The experience I had yesterday was unfortunately not a great one. My dad and I came in here quickly for a morning coffee at 11am. The line up was out the door with the amount of people waiting to order with only one girl on cash. We ordered our drinks and then I waited almost 20 mins to get it. That wasn’t including the time I waited to even order. Everyone was very crowded and no where to stand. There were two women behind the counter making the drinks and they were ONLY putting out online orders. I came forward and said something , aswell as someone else that one of them should be doing in house orders and one should be doing online. Not both doing online, causing everyone else INSTORE to wait an incredibly long time. Considering it also looks like this place was freshly renovated, I’m not sure why they didn’t include any chairs and seats for people. Today, I visited this Starbucks with my two sons. It's always a pleasure to get into a line up for coffee when you've tricked your two- and four-year-olds into believing that you were actually going to the park. The barista was very sweet - she hardly commented at all about my four-year-old reorganizing the chips and crunching them up through the bags. The clientele here were great, too, graciously ignoring my younger son walking up to each table to say, "Hi, guys." The coffee was hot and tasty, and the marshmallow smore bar was marshmallowy. This location is also conveniently located close to a park, which was helpful in mitigating the dictatorial demands that followed my purchase. 4...
