I ordered on uber eats and the first time our order arrived the bag had not been properly closed and this was a safety concern for us as orders typically come sealed. It was also raining heavily that day and because the bag was not closed everything was wet. We wanted to give this location a second shot and we ordered a second time to find that the bag was sealed using staples this time. The chicken is good and ao we are happy with this location although some chicko locations are a hit or miss. We will order frequently from this location for sure as long as the orders are consistent and sealed for safety because the chicken is very good. I used to order from Chicko all the time when it first opened. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and crispy, perfect little pieces cooked perfectly so they were still tender but not fatty. You had to wait for your order but it was worth it. Now the quality has tanked. It's not inedible but it's just not the same. The chicken is fatty and not as crispy. It seems like they are cooking more at once of bigger pieces maybe faster and using a lower quality chicken and it is just not as good as it once was. It is not tender and perfectly crispy but fatty with a weird texture. I have ordered 3 times in the last year and it is consistently subpar now. I will not be ordering again ever....

I tried half an order of the buldak flavour chicken. It was alright. The sauce tasted good but the chicken was a bit fatty. Also, they only had dark meat. Usually fried chicken places have both dark and white meat. I didn’t like that after I placed my order and paid, the cashier told me that the order will take 15 minute. I was in a hurry and she should have mentioned this before the order was placed. 15 minutes is a long time for a fast food place. Also, there is no washroom for customers.
