UPDATED BELOW Total screw up on my order at drive thru. Corrected the person three times on the speaker while even placing my order. Then buddy at the window basically threw the bag of food at me after I said I didn't need straws for the drinks. Got home. They still completely screwed it up. Called. Manager totally argued with me that I was incorrectly placing the order and still continued to argue when I said I live with chronic pain and some times mix up my words but I still corrected myself TWO times at the drive thru order board and THREE times with the MANAGER on the phone who then hung up on me without verifying my credit note for a replacement meal.
UPDATE Just went in for my replacement meal. It was evident by the looks on faces- they hate their jobs. Counter person couldn't find me in "the book" so the ignorant manager came from the back ((who belittled me on the phone saying she was writing down everything I said))!! I clearly and precisely placed the order I originally asked for and then went out of her way to make sure I read the screen to see it was correct. As I waited ((and watched)) for them to be made, I caught her talking to the counterperson while giving me snide looks through the display case. Then she went to the cook line and made sure to loudly announce they were making a replacement meal. So rude and...

I walked into this Tim Hortons as a paying customer. I bought an Ice Capp and Timbits through the official app. Sat down quietly to eat. Not even 10 minutes go by, and a security guard walks up and says, “How much longer until you leave?”—while looking at his watch.
I was stunned. I’ve sat here longer before, no issue. I told him I had just finished eating and planned to buy dinner too. His response? “I’ll give you an hour.”
Let’s be honest: this wasn’t about time. This was about how I look. I’m homeless. But I’m clean. I don’t cause problems. I spend money like everyone else. The only difference is that I don’t "fit their brand image." That’s profiling. That’s discrimination.
Other people had been there longer. No one else got asked to leave. Just me. Quiet. Respectful. Spending money. And apparently, not welcome.
So yeah—never again. Not another dime. If you care at all about dignity, fairness, or the right to be treated like a human being regardless of appearance, stay away from this location.
This is not just bad customer service. This is what systemic discrimination looks like in real life.
Already preparing to file a formal human rights complaint. This wasn’t just offensive—it...

I’ve given this Tim Hortons countless chances, but it seems they can’t get an order right. Every morning, I take my son for a simple wrap with no egg, no cheese, no sauce. It’s clear on the screen, but every time, something is wrong — whether it’s cheese, sauce, or egg. Not once has it been correct.
The issues don’t stop there. My husband ordered an everything bagel with herb & garlic cream cheese and a sausage patty — they completely forgot the sausage patty. I ordered a fruit explosion muffin another day, got a blueberry muffin instead. Bought hockey cards for my son, didn’t get them. Ordered a chocolate chip cookie, but it didn’t make it into the bag.
I’ve had to drive back each time to fix these mistakes, which is a huge waste of my time and gas. They prioritize speed, but accuracy is clearly lacking. This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited, and I don’t think we’ll...
