Tim Hortons — Restaurant in British Columbia

Absolutely horrendous experience on drive thru. Ordered my first meal and the girl said drive to the window for payment, not even an “is that everything” or “anything else” we still had to order for my boyfriend but she wouldn’t listen. Got the wrong food, asked was it a meal and you would have thought I asked for one of their left arms! Made a big deal out of absolutely nothing and got 2 different people over. We ended up driving off drive thru and going inside to order the rest of what we wanted and to explain what food I should have got. Once again complete nightmare inside, can’t even begin to explain the experience but let’s just say I was never as glad to leave. They made me feel like I was the one being annoying. If the girl at the speaker had of had a bit of bloody patience and listened to begin with, the rest of the pieces she messed up wouldn’t have needed fixed. AVOID THIS PLACE & save...

We came in at 12:30pm where there was pretty much no one in the building, I said hello to the server and she didn't acknowledge me, I ordered my food politely and she told me it would be ready on the counter when called. (The only time she ever spoke to me) No one called that our food was ready so I went and grabbed our food that was sat ready on the counter for a while. I asked "can I get some ketchup please" so she rolled her eyes and placed two sachets on the counter (didn't say a word) and then when our coffees were ready the same thing happened, no one called it was ready so I went and 'guessed' these were our drinks. Don't usually leave reviews, let alone negative ones but felt that this interaction really needed addressing .. worst service...

I was there tonight around 9:00 pm. And ordered a tea with 3 cream and 2 sugar but the girl taking order punched it as triple triple so I told her that you got it wrong that i want 3 cream and 2 sugar not triple triple and she starts rolling her eyes at me and at same time there is another guy who is already making my tea and he totally heard me and still makes the tea triple triple. I came outside and took a sip and it was really sweet so I threw it away. I didn’t want to argue with them so I left.
