I like BK more than Mcds, but this one is a bit sketchy... its never really clean, tables are crooked or bent as if some teens got a bit rough or something... employees need some customer service training and it starts with the 2 managers that work their. Both were rude or aggressive while simply taking my order. They were not busy and only had 1 family and 2 single clients there yet the manager managed to upset me while asking if I wanted a regular burger or a jr. When I had already requested regular twice while ordering... I thought he did t understand me so I asked him to repeat his question and he barked at me... so I repeated my order a third time. He then asked if I wanted a trio for one i said yes the second order for my wife he asked again I said no...yet there are 2 teios on my tray?? He left to fulfill a drive through order while I waited appx 5 mins before the second manager appeared and asked to take my order...I pointed to the receipt hanging off the printer and said my burgers are over there getting cold. He gave me a look and practically threw my stuff on the tray and walked away...I had to grab his attention again to ask for napkins and ketchup for the 2 orders of fries, at this point I wanted to just eat and leave. Trust me I will not be returning, there's another Bk a bit further away but I'm sure it'll be better...

An employee shows up in the kitchen and says ...Euhhhh you want to order?? My head starts spinning with doubt. A sketchy employee comes out from a side door looks like he just woke up and then asks us what we want to order... Yes your probably asking yourself why I'm still at the restaurant 🤦🤦🤦 Anywho we order the sketchy employee runs off and served the drive thru before finishing with us. Finally another employee finishes taking our order. The kitchen guys get our sandwiches made they start To talk between themselves and totally disregarding our order being half ready. No one made fries to complete the meals.... I flag the employee to get his attention and point out that no fries are being made while my sandwiches and sitting there getting old. The (manager looking) employee apologizes gives us our sandwiches and promises to bring us fries ASAP.. Well ... That was a LIE I had to get up and remind them about the fries and when the fries were finally ready they waved at us instead of bringing us our fries. But when the conflict came to my order, I was not very happy. I ordered a chocolate shake, but I received the vanilla one. So, I mentioned 3 times to the sales representative that it's the wrong one.
He fought with me and kept saying that it was the online mistake, not him. As a result, he gave a piece of chocolate cake. And, saying, "I'll give you this time, but not next time." I said, "I ordered the chocolate shake, not cake."
Front of the others, what an embarrassing moment!!!
Finally, he gave me the right order without an apology, and he just looked away.
He made me a cheap customer who wanted a free item!!! I just clearly wanted the right one!
If he apologizes me in the end because he didn't see the order slip well, it should be okay...
