LaFleur, a greasy dive diner that's definitely not for the faint of heart. This place is the epitome of "no-frills" dining - the décor is outdated, the booths are rickety, and the popcorn poutine comes with a side of regret.
But hey, if you're in the mood for a heart attack on a plate, LaFleur is the spot for you. The popcorn poutine, which is served at the ungodly hour of 11am, is a unique take on a classic Canadian dish. Burgers are run of the mill frozen then sorta grilled...still surprisingly tasty...
The poutine though! It was so much better than I expected and better than my first authentic quebec poutine at the other guys earlier today.
Staff were super kind and friendly and the service was fast! Also important to note...the bathrooms are the cleanest I've used since Ive arrived here (a day and a but ago)!
Would recommend and woukd return.
