I ordered drink 2J on June 17th, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I have ordered the same drink more than 13 times just by myself. I didn't even count the number of times I have ordered with my friends. However, this time I ordered the same amount of 30% sugar and 30% ice. The drink was SUPER SWEET. I called the store right away and the store promised me to replace it for free next time when I go back.
Today, I went to the store and the staff remembered me calling them regarding the issue. Disgracefully, the store DISHONORED the replacement.. Simply because they think if the label was correct, it would be impossible for them to make human mistakes on their end!! ;( THEY MADE ME LOOK LIKE I WAS LYING FOR A DRINK!! SUPER INSULTING!!
NOTE! If YOU didn't promise me to replace your faulty product, I wouldn't come today. After I arrived, and then you made excuses to dishonor your promise!!
While I was typing the review in front of the store, the staff came out trying to give me a free topping card as a courtesy. Gong Cha Brossard, LISTEN! I can afford a topping on my own. I don't need you to insult ME again with this cheap offer. Obviously you think I am the kind of liar or dishonest person for a 10$ drink. You can save your sarcastic courtesy for your next victim.
I also told the staff, if I have a sip of the drink and I am telling you that it was too sweet, would you go try it yourself?? So, How does the store know they didn't make any mistakes?? We would never come to an agreement.. GOOD JOB GONG CHA Brossard for your dishonor action and insulting client! BRAVO!!

Read moreService was polite and efficient. Although there are only a few options to pick from as of now, each of the options are very unique and different from each other. Compared to a lot of other bubble tea stores, the prices are amazing as a large drink is only around 7 dollars. We also received a 10% for their opening month which was great. Be careful when ordering though, the drinks are extremely sweet and luckily the counter waitress warned me. Even at 70% sugar was a bit too sweet for me. In terms of flavours, everything tasted great. From the milk foam that brought a great hint of saltiness to the brown sugar that brought in an amazing contrasting sweetness and even the tapioca that had a great chewing texture to it. I really enjoyed their drink. I'll definitely love to come back and try more of their drinks, also their waffles if I get the chance next time. (9 months ago)
It feels great coming back and seeing such a large variety of drinks in their menu. Most of them are fairly innovative and unique. I tried their Creme Brulee Strawberry drink and it was perfect for me. The balance of flavours, the level of sweetness and the slight hint of saltiness which compliments the whole drink, everything just felt amazing for me. I will definitely be back to try more of their drinks and maybe try their waffles and croffles too. I absolutely love seeing all the seasonal promotions they have. It keeps the drinks fresh and also constantly makes you want to try new stuff while being able to enjoy a nice promotion discount...

Update: I bought bubble tea again through DoorDash, and they gave me the wrong order. I ordered no ice and 70% sugar, but they gave me drinks with ice and 100% sugar. So they made my drinks wrong.
Update Aug2025: They suddenly stopped honoring no ice for pickup orders. I called to ask the reason why they keep adding ice. I don’t want ice in my drinks (I don’t care if it doesn’t fill to the top of the cup),but the staff said they can’t do that if I order through an app like DoorDash even though the option is available and they did it for more than 10 other orders i made since June and it was perfectly fine, but in the my last 2-3 orders, they just suddenly stopped honoring the no ice customization I chose. The staff also kept talking over me and interrupting me at first, I had to ask her to let me speak. She changed her reasons for it a few times too.
