McDonald's — Restaurant in Brossard

Normally this restaurant is good, serves good food and pretty fast. However, 2024-08-29, 20:17 pm, the order I got was mostly stale food. The bun at the bottom of my big Mac had several white pinkish coloring on it, meaning it was past its due date, the person in front of me got limpy fries so she asked for them to cook it properly, and low and behold, I got limpy, barely cooked fries myself, so if you don't tell the server to deep fry your fries properly you get limpy ones and the one I ordered was large fries. The ice cube machine was not working in the beverage section, poured hot Coke into my cup, past expiry date and asked for ice from the server, when I arrived home I realized that the Coke I poured in was hot and the ice was not helping and it had no fizz so that large Coke went through the drain. The only redeeming factor was the crispy Buffalo poutine that was edible at best. I was really disappointed with my meal, it might be because it was near closing time that employees didn't care anymore but the meal I paid for 28$ was not worth it at all,...

Very poor customer service:

1. I gave 10$ and the cashier supposed to give me back 5$, she only gave me back 4$.
2. i ordered a happy meal for my son and i said apple slices instead of fries, they ended up give me fries.
3. no drink inside the happy meal, i had to run after the worker to give the milk for my son
4. no one wait according to the screen order. People just ask the worker to give them the meal without waiting. And for those who respect the waiting list, we waited 10min. For those who didn't respect can get what they want in 2min. For all these errors and mistakes, the workers didn't even...

The experience is very bad. The staff were extremely rude and I have never experienced such poor service. They didn't even wear gloves when they made the meal, there were no forks on my plate, no napkins, and when I asked for them, they were extremely rude and accused me of not making my request clear, telling me that the big Mac wasn't a burger. what F k .I warned her that if she didn't like her job, she can go home and didn't need to show her face to the guests.McDonald's is a global brand, I hope the management can see these comments and improve the service and replace those who don't...
