Allô mon Coco DIX30 — Restaurant in Brossard

The worst brunch of my life! First of all we had to wait around 45 minutes just to enter, so my husband and I, we thought it will be an amazing restaurant, but once we entered, the lady in the front she was already mad/frustrated by the large number of customers who were already inside, so she just took some menus, and throw it out at the table, afterwards the table was sticky and underneath it there was milk on the floor. Once the food was coming and I’m going to tell you, it didn’t have any flavour!!!!!!! My husband ordered some pancakes with fruits and I ordered a BLT sandwich, so what could be wrong? EVERYTHING! They didn’t taste right.

When the check came out, we paid and we left $5 dollar tip on a 45 check, due the food, the front lady, the waiting time, and the sticky table.

And the waitress was so rude! She asked us to left more! After all we went through, I try to explain her in my broken French, it wasn’t the best service, and she went all mad.

At the end my husband left her a $20 bill because we were already tired and I wasn’t feeling like staying there for 5 more minutes.

I’m saving you a lot of time, don’t never...

This is the case of à restaurant with à line and money, that does not care about it's clients anymore. I had a plate full of water with my avocado eggs benedict, bad black avocados, and à bug in my fruits..when I returned it to the waitress who was very sorry ( it took an hour to get our food ) and asked if I wanted another I said really I do not...it had been an hour and I was very very Turned off...others had finished eating...the manager or owner whoever the person was said too bad and that the plate looked fine..my table was disgusted...they gave me 10% off...I didn't eat, I had à bug and à rotten avocado ... to make matters worse it was supposed to be the delicious breakfast to end my wedding shower weekend.....the owner truly didn't care, she knows she makes money and the quality was horrible. I would be mortified if I was her and never make the client pay for that.. do not go here...If I was treated nicely I would not make this review and say mistakes happen...but nope..I was made to pay for their terrible food, service and I stayed hungry. Avoid this place and do not support...

Great breakfast and lunch selections. Reasonably priced. But beware of which franchise you eat at. The one in Dix 30 is NOT recommended. I have been there now twice and both times it was a very bad experience. I will NOT eat there again. The franchise on Decarie is amazing. Try that one instead. I visited the Dix 30 location today, August 27th 2019. I have been eating at your Decarie branch since it opened. Because of my other excellent experiences I decided to go in for a chicken wrap. We were seated and informed that they were not serving lunch today but only breakfast. Not good. But we decided to stay. So we ordered and requested that the bacon be very well done so it is crispy; almost burnt. Strike two. It was not cooked until crisp. The coffee tasted like it was watered down. So much so that I could not drink it. Strike three. I had to drink tea instead. The cup that they gave me for the tea was stained, dirty, on the inside. Gross. Then when my eggs came, I had scrambled, they were cold. The toast was dry, no butter, and I had to ask 3 times for jam and peanut butter. What a...
