A churro is usually a hot pastry with dolce de leche filling inside. First, they don't have dolce de leche. Second, the filling is not inside but slightly glazed on top. The final result is pretty bland. I ordered half caramel, half coconut and didn't like either.
I can't understand why they can't have the dolce de leche and why they can't fill the inside of the pastry. Is it more expensive? Is it more difficult? Do you need special machinery to do this?
