How is this place still open? Sure, the renovation makes it look nice, but it's still the same disaster it was a few years ago. Owner and employees should be ashamed to be affiliated with this place.
Ordered a 12pc bucket, fries, and gravy for delivery. It took about an hour and 20 minutes to arrive. Normally it's a 10 minute drive, but they do state upwards of 60 minutes. So sure, it's possible. Maybe not acceptable for the money paid, but possible.
The food was the real let down. $50 after tax and delivery for a 12 piece bucket made up with legs, thighs, and a keel(I think). Not cool. Oh, and it was far from crispy. Warm to the touch at best, slimy, and sitting in a puddle of cold grease. I mean a puddle. The pieces on the bottom were dripping wet when I pulled them out.
The fries weren't much better. A clump of cold, soggy, potatoes mashed into the box. Gravy? You mean brown water. Tastes like they put double the water in just to save a few cents.
We had a really bad experience here a few years ago. When we complained, the staff on hand made it even worse. The manager was great though and eventually tried to make things right. However, the food we got the next time was just as bad. So we swore if off. After the recent reno though, we figured we'd try again. Needless to say, the nickname "dirty bird" is too good for this place. We will never...

I ordered my dinner for the family at 5:09pm. Promised to be delivery 6:07pm. At 6:53pm I call the restaurant and someone on the other end answers and hangs up...6 times. I have no idea where my order is so I call the customer service by now this is after 7pm, 2 HOURS AFTER ORDERING. A family member decides to go collect the food. At around 8pm someone calls from the restaurant to say the food is there, do I want it delivered?!?!
The family member gets the order then comes with the order incorrect....I order 1 corn and 2 coleslaw- I get 3 potato salads!
I had to drive to the restaurant, be ignored by 2 employees talking amongst themselves. A woman appears as the assistant manager and sadly gets my angry tone and frustration. Staff is laughing at me in the back, like the whole thing is a joke....yeah it's funny to ruin a family night. Disrespectful and untrained youth.
We ate close to 9pm....after we RECEIVED A 4 HOUR ORDER OF FOOD.
I will never buy from the franchise. We are told to buy from our local businesses....but disrespected for our spending power. Publishing this to warn people to save their gas and eat somewhere else....$68 for what!

When I got home to Montreal and discovered that half my order was missing, I called the restaurant to explain the situation with the bill in hand. I explained that it was impossible for me to come back before closing time. They insisted that they can only offer me a 20% discount on a future order. I explained that I held up my end of the transaction of paying the full amount asked and I expected the order to be complete. The shift-lead explained that it is their policy to offer me a discount and not to rectify the situation. He explained that I needed to prove that I am not misleading the restaurant and there are too many fraudsters. I told him that that was the price of doing business and that it was their mistake to correct. I do not accept this compensation and I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Office de la protection des consommateurs. I will never order from this restaurant nor any other franchises owned by the same owner again. All this over...
