Bosphorus Istanbul Kebab — Restaurant in Brossard

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Turkish restaurant and I must say that the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Umit was a fantastic serve who definitely deserves a raise.

The menu was filled with a variety of delicious Turkish dishes, but I decided to try the Iskender and Bayti. Let me tell you, I was blown away by how delicious they were! The Iskender was cooked to perfection, with tender pieces of lamb served over a bed of buttery bread and topped with a savory tomato sauce. The Bayti was equally amazing, with spiced ground beef wrapped in a soft and fluffy pita bread.

The flavors were authentic and bold, and every bite was a delightful explosion of taste. The portions were generous, and I left feeling completely satisfied and content.

The service was exceptional as well, with the friendly staff always attentive to my needs and making sure that everything was just right. They even offered great recommendations for other dishes to try on my next visit.

Fantastic restaurant, superb food and classy customer service that makes you feel at home. We started with the fresh and very good salad, then we had the wonderful meat shawarma sandwich, passing through the meat on the loaf which baked in the oven in a professional way to make you feel that you are really in an authentic Turkish restaurant then we brought the lovely mixed Turkish grill plate, which consists of kebab skewer, grilled meat skewer, shish tawook skewer and some delicious chicken shawarma to start after eating it flying over the Bosphorus Bay, then you will be landing on a plate of yummy hot and tasty cheese Kunafa directly brought to you fresh from the oven, and then of course you will be totally full, so you need a cup of hot Turkish tea to wake up and here it is present in front of you to take one sip after another, and you will feel completely satisfied. The important thing is that you are now ready to pay the bill $$$ without panicking. Actually they deserve every penny 😋 Thanks Mr. Umit and your colleagues, you made our day. I wouldve given this place more stars. The first time I ate here was through ubereat order. Which was good tbh. But when I saw one of the comment/picture with the hair and another recent comment about the cashier not being very lively. I concur with them. I went inside to order, the girl at the counter spoke to me like I wasn't there or that she didn't want me there, while the cook was sweet... Man all that sweat, barely tied hair, no gloves.. 0 sanitation. I mean, that really threw me off and to think I order the food for the family. The owner said in the picture comment that he would ask them to be cleaner or something for Covid safety.

Nothing about that is clean. No hair net, no gloves, no mask, light reflection through the sweat. And I understand, we sweat in a hot restaurant while cooking but that's a lot. You can wipe it off before it drips down...
