Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brossard

I'm writing this review to warn others about the incredibly poor service I received from this Pizza Hut. I placed an online order for delivery, and it never arrived. After waiting a full hour, I called the restaurant, only to be put on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. Frustrated, I drove to the restaurant myself. They admitted they had no drivers and my food wouldn't be delivered.

I asked for a refund, and they told me it would take 2-3 business days. While I was there, three other customers came in with the exact same problem – undelivered online orders! They ended up having their orders made on the spot (and were still charged a delivery fee!), but I just wanted my money back.

Well, the 2-3 days turned into almost two weeks of calling and getting the runaround. Each time I called, they said it would "take a few more days." I finally had to go back to the restaurant and demand a cash refund in person. That's the only way I got my money back.

This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The lack of communication, the undelivered food, and the ridiculous delay in getting a refund were completely unacceptable. So last week, I order the Triple treat box towards 5:50 pm (and received it more than an hour later hence around 7:15 pm) and for the two medium pizzas, we chose one that is thin-crusted with two different toppings and the second that is Veggie Lovers without red onions. We then received two pan veggie lovers with red onions instead of the initial order. In addition to that, some pizza slices were missing as well. Because of the long wait, our food was already cold when it arrived (not even warm, we had to warm it up ourselves) and we were already really hungry and didn't want to deal with any problems at the time. We then tried to call Pizza Hut and either they didn't answer or hung up on us (I called 5 times with my phone number and no response, tried to call with my sibling’s number, and they answer but told us it wasn't their problem and transferred us to another Pizza Hut and put us on hold and then they hung up, called back again for the 6th time with my phone and they hung us up again). It wasn't our first time ordering with this Pizza Hut and honestly, this behaviour was surprising and disappointing. I made a complaint to their customer service that night and wanted a compensation (at least), however no...

The drivers were horribly impolite and racist. I just parked my car in front of pizza hut reserved parking, the driver didn't even give me a chance to get off the car and came up saying this is only for Pizza hut. I don't know if it's because I'm Asian, so he thinks there's no chance I'll be getting some pizza hut or what? Seriously, I just order pizza hut 2 days ago from the same location... it didn't get me to leave a one star review even my order wasn't right, but today it really gets me frustrated with your drivers attitude
