I Am Pho Brossard — Restaurant in Brossard

Been going to I am Pho since they opened, a few years back. I have been raving to my friends about this place, as one of the best Pho place in the south shore. I go to this place twice a week, at least once, if not three.

Service: Very mediocre, but it depends on who's serving you, if its the guy with glasses he's very friendly, if its the girl well it really looks as if she does not want to work there. TBH don't really care about the service this is a Pho place.

Taste: What is really consistent about I am Pho is the taste, taste is always good, broth is excellent.

HOWEVER, the past few times I went, the portion went down CONSIDERABLY. Way less noodle and waaaay less meat!

I am Pho what are you doing?!?

I know your business is good, often packed and lot of deliveries, but that's because of your consistency. If you continue being stingy with your portions, I am going back to the Pho place across the street. I prefer your Pho, please do not make me go back to MC! Increase the price instead, a couple of bucks more I don't care. But I don't want to come out of your restaurant still hungry.

I recently dined at this pho restaurant, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying a comforting bowl of pho. The menu offered a wide variety of options, catering to both meat lovers and vegetarians alike.

Not too sure how serious the owner take the reviews, but here was my experience today. The lunch started out okay, before we got our food. By accident, I tip over the utensil container and the utensils fall on the floor to which I reacted apologetically to the guy. Understandably, he was annoyed, but his reaction (rolling his eyes, shaking his head) was unnecessary and uncalled for. Still, I apologized multiple times already for my mistake. Then, we had friends that wanted to come eat so we invited them. They were also served by the same man. His attitude appeared okay until we were trying to figure out the table situation. When we started pulling one of the tables toward us, he looks up at the ceiling in annoyance and exclaimed “Did I tell you to do that?!”. That’s all I have to say.
