Uploaded my review to 4 stars after the owner responded ! Clear explanation and also offer me a free drink which I don’t have time to came back but really make me feel better!! Customer service is very important! Will be back!

(Ordered ahead by app and was told 20 minutes for pickup for 2 drinks! Got there only 1 drink ready, keep reminding and got answer 1 missing! Waited another 20 minutes ! Nothing came up! I had to come and asked why people ordered after me they all have it! This time they keep said 1 missing and started making my other drink! 40 minutes total for order by app ahead! Waisted time and on top of that they are not even say sorry for that! Bravo! Such a bad customer service at all time! Wide variety of drinks to fit everyone's personal preferences so it's a nice place to go in group. The drinks are good and the size is huge. Their large drink is enough for 2 for around 10$. The fruits are decently fresh and the sweetness is on point for me. One thing I appreciate a lot is that they took the time to serve us in a friendly manner even though we arrived 5 minutes before closing time (Sorry!). I love the Mango cheese cloud and how every sip came with mango pieces! The Matcha honeydew cream slush is perfect with the matcha bitter taste. I will definitely order again!
