The dinning area and counter is clean, every member of the service is friendly and efficient, and the food is splendid.

Every table is spotless, the glass at the counter is clear and the staff practice food safety.

The staff will welcome you with smiles and help you with your order. I come often at different times of the day and on different days of the week. Every time, everyone, no matter who is there, is friendly (and generous with the garlic sauce).

The food is consistently excellent and they don't cheap out on the portions (the containers are always filled to the brim. The chicken and beef is always well seasoned and freshly cut (the default is the crunchy ones from the outside that has a bunch of Maillard Reaction char, but you can also ask for the softer ones on the inside). The potatoes are cooked perfectly, soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. It doesn't seem like they make huge batches of potatoes and leave them there to get soggy, like at other places such as the Boustans and Bashas in Montreal. They always taste freshly fried here. These are the highlights, but I must also recommend their wraps, falafels and beet salads.

I think this is the best Boustan location on the south shore. Although I used to drive from La Prairie to the Montreal Downtown location, Greenfield park and Delson. I am now going to the Brossard location which as I understand is the same owners at the Greenfield park location. They did a soft opening which seems to have worked great. It's lightyears ahead of all the other south shore location in my humble opinion. I just keep my fingers crossed so that things will not change at this place. This is an example of a perfect marriage between consistency and efficiency. Kudos to those making this place run. Really, sincerely. Lebanese food awesome but Boustan is a brand apart.

Today, for the first Time I decided to purchase a bag of 5 pita bread. I was sad, stunned and exaspered to while checking my bill to notice that it cost me almost 4$ for the same bag that I could get at Adonis a few minutes from the location for less then 1$.

I don’t think it makes sense, don’t know when will be the next Time I come here ???
