We bought from here august 15th around 9 pm. My family and i got food poisoning from here. Becareful!! We had the tuna sub and a salad. The next morning we woke up with 0 energy and feeling violently ill. We went to work and took the kids to school and literally after 1 hour around the same time we all were feeling nausea and gassy.We had to leave work, the daycare called us lettting us know one of our sons were experiencing the same symptoms. We had to collect him from daycare. My son was vomitting and had diarrhea we knew instantly it was food poisoning. I'm having cramps headaches and nausea. My husband and i missed another day of work as well. We tried calling subway they're line was busy the entire time. My husband had no energy but eventually decided to go there and they told him to come back the next day because the manager was not in. We wanted to let them know to stop serving to other people because we got sick. Anyways when I showed up, I told them my order and they passed the bag over. It was already paid for at this point. I asked if everything was in here. She said yes and even confirmed with her co-worker. I get home and of course I'm missing 3 sandwiches. I called them and told them about it and they asked me to come back. Instead of just refunding me the 3 sandwiches... There was a reason I ordered on my phone. Asked them if they could refund me and they said they would call back. I go to the store, 2 rude ladies told me they don't have what I ordered (a simple sandwich). I asked to refund me because my card was charged because there is NO way to cancel it through the app. No can't refund. I requested them to contact manager.
