Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Brossard

I would give 0 star for this restaurant if possible! Service is always slow especially in the weekdays, staffs are incredibly rude and unprofessional! Notably, a lady serving at the sandwich counter ( I don’t know her name, i think she is from African) is always upsets and unpleasant. I ordered a wrap, she took almost 15 minutes to do it and when it finished, she threw the wrap at me. This is such an inappropriate behavior! I pay for the food not asking it for free, so can the manager train their staffs of how to behave correctly to the customers? Not only that, the big lady serving at the counter was also rude, I ask her if she have any smoothie and she gave me an upset look and told me this is Tim Hortons not McDonald. I wonder why the manager still keep these unprofessional staffs, it’s really not good...

Poorly managed Tim Hortons. Credit where credit is due, the staff are trying. The staff that’s training the new associates constantly & disrespectfully cut off the new associates whilst they’re having a conversation with the clients. Very poor inventory, asked for a Morning sandwich, didn’t have that. Asked for a soup, also didn’t have that. The tables could be cleaned a little bit more. I will say that one of the associates was particularly kind in recommending me a drink & checking in on me a little while after to see if I liked it. You rarely get that in a Tim Hortons! Service from employees was perfect exempt from the old lady making the sandwichs, she was very rude and she kept screaming at us for asking a simple question, we just said "oh and I think there is also a turkey sandwich we are missing" and she said "what does it look like I'm doing". Then I ask here what sandwichs were in my bag (it was a big order) and she kept screaming at me "there are 2 sandwiches", it took another worker to come explain to me.
