Antalya Turkish Restaurant Burlington — Restaurant in Burlington

Came across this restaurant on Instagram! Ngl it looks 🔥. Walking in, it's bright, clean, and we were greeted the second we entered. After seating ourselves the waitress at first was attentive. She answered questions and took our order.

Appetizer came quickly (Hummas)

Hummus was tasty, bread was served warm. Bread to hummus ratio is off.

Mains took a bit long. However, we noticed the table next to us got their apps and food before us; odd, especially considering they sat and ordered after us.

As mains were being placed on the table I noticed there was a mix up, but it was quickly fixed once I brought it to her attention. The dish was wisked away, and a new one was brought a few minutes later

-Chicken wings were a good size, well seasoned and smoked nicely. -Manti was flavourful, but portion was more of an appetizer portion. Doner Sandwich was very lack luster. Small portion meat. Also served with no side.

Unfortunately, it took a bit of time before waitress back to check on the meals. At that point we had to had to ask for refills and napkins.

Overall, food was decent, arrived at the table hot , Service was ok.

With that being said, we weren't wowed enough to possibly return.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this amazing Turkish restaurant, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The interior design is both cozy and elegant, with beautiful Turkish touches that add to the charm of the experience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive without being intrusive. They were happy to explain the dishes and make recommendations based on our preferences, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Now, onto the food—absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was full of flavor yet felt light and well-balanced. Unlike many places, the meals weren’t overly oily or heavy, which allowed us to truly enjoy each bite without feeling weighed down afterward. The ingredients tasted fresh and the portions were generous without being too much.

From the perfectly grilled kebabs to the flavorful mezes and fresh bread, everything was cooked to perfection. You could really taste the care and quality in each dish.

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Turkish cuisine in a relaxed and friendly setting. It’s definitely a place I’ll be returning to...

I can’t really recommend for or against this place; it’s just my personal take that it doesn’t deserve more than one star. The restaurant has nice décor and looks good inside, but it really lacks that authentic Turkish flavor. The food doesn’t actually taste like Turkish cuisine. All the dishes—especially the shawarma, the chicken, and the meat—just taste like regular shawarma. Even the bread is thin and crunchy and turns stale after 15 minutes, which is not how Turkish bread should be. Turkish bread is known for being one of the best, and it shouldn’t get hard so quickly. The spices and sauces they use aren’t Turkish at all. I mean, it’s the first time I’ve seen a 'Turkish' restaurant using a Cypriot tzatziki sauce! Even the salads don’t taste right. Basically, they need to learn how Turkish food is actually made and match the real flavors, because right now it’s just not...
