I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bombay Vintage, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that this establishment takes pride in delivering top-notch service and authentic Indian/Pakistani cuisine.
Sunny, the manager, showcased remarkable customer service skills. His genuine care for his staff and dedication to ensuring a positive dining atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It was evident that he treats his team well, fostering a welcoming and harmonious work environment. Sunny's attention to detail extended to the guests as well; he went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt valued and satisfied with their dining experience.
The food at Bombay Vintage is nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was a testament to the chef's mastery in delivering authentic Indian and Pakistani flavors. The menu offered a delightful array of options, and every bite was a burst of deliciousness. There were no shortcomings in the culinary department, and I left with a heightened appreciation for the rich and diverse palette of Indian and Pakistani cuisine.
What truly impressed me was the cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant. The meticulous attention to cleanliness added to the overall positive dining experience. The inviting atmosphere enhanced the enjoyment of the delicious meals, making it a place where one can savor not just the food but also the entire dining experience.

Read moreVisited recently and have learnt over the few visits that it best to stick to their Chinese hakka offering. Indian curries are a hit and miss. Tandoori items similar- hit and miss. This time around the service was also very good. was a young lady , very pleasant, always came back after each course to check how was the food and if we required anything.
On most occasions we have been served in the past by a young fellow who wears glasses. This fellow is always in some kind of a rush; it is like he has a plane to catch and he will miss his connection if he doesn't rush our order and food. I always like to order the appetizers first and then based on how the family and group feels order main courses. We will barely be taking the 2nd bite of our appetizer and he is there at the side of the table" are you ready to order main course". I have never understood what is the rush. Can he not allow us to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed?
Tipping staff - as a general rule i always ask the service staff if tips left on a credit card are given to the service staff or does the owner keep the tips. I was very shocked to learn that the owner of this restaurant does not give the tips left by the customers on a credit card settlement to his severs. Only cash tips are given to the servers. I then decided to tip the server in cash for the excellent service she provided. The owner of this restaurant - would you care to explain if what i was told by your serves is true or not entirely accurate? If this is true, this is disgraceful and you are cheating your employees and also misleading your customers into thinking tips are given to the servers are truly a tip.
i would encourage guests to ask this question about tips if you visit...
Read moreIf you have read my other review you will know I am very particular with my Indian food. This place was recommended several times and I reluctantly went as I have so far not found great Indian restaurants.
I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised how good the food was. The Papri Chat initially came with Chat Masala containing black salt even though we requested no black salt. We asked to have it remade with no chat masala just chutneys and our server kindly had the dish remade. Very good. The tandoori chicken for the first time ever in a restaurant had no artificial food colouring. It looked like what I would make at home. It was tasty and fresh. The Kadai chicken was also wonderful, not greasy or full of cream. Again how I would make at home. However the best part was that when we ordered tadka daal as a mild dish it actually came out as requested. So many restaurants say their dishes are mild and have a ready made sauce for everything and end up spicy! Not here. This was authentic cooking. Roomali Roti and the Butter Roti were soft and fluffy. I didn’t take photos as I was not expecting much but I’m glad I finally found a great Indian restaurant. I’m looking forward to going back soon.
Service was very attentive. Our server asked us if we were ready for mains instead of bringing them out during our appetizers so well done to them. Overall highly recommended...
