I liked the food, could I add this place to my favourites Um.. no, but it was good. Ok so the first dish we ordered was the salt pepper shrimp, as shown in the picture with lots of onions, this was delicious! I would go back just for this dish! Now the BHAINGAN BHARTA, was just ok I prefer a BHARTA with more chunks of vegetables/eggplant and less creamy, but if someone enjoys a more creamy BHARTA then this would be a good chose for them. The vindaloo had the perfect amount of hot spice, however it was a little too salty, and I could really taste the tomato purée, the goat meet was great though not too much fat. The Rita was fresh which is nice on a hot day. I did order a mango lassi, which was really good, probably needed a little more mango flavour but it was fresh and tasty anyway. The ambiance of the place maybe needs a little work, it was clean looking but really gave the feeling of a fast food diner, more so then a nice Indian restaurant. All in all I would go back and try other items on the menu.

Casually browsing for indian restaurants near Burlington, we stumbled upon Bombay Vintage. Both me and my wife really like the rating and reviews and then went for dinner here. We ordered munchow soup which was very good and was served with crispy noodles which was not super crispy but overall the soup was delicious. Then we ordered hara Bhara kebab which was mouth watering but it was little on the sweeter side probably because of peas but I really liked the crispness. Moving on to the main course, we ordered Paneer Lababdar, steam rice and roti. The food was overall very good and we really liked it! The staff was very hospitable and service was awesome and really like the vibe of the restaurant . Must go if you are looking for good Indian food in this area. Gonna be back to try their Chinese cuisine and momos which has amazing reviews ❤️❤️❤️

Tried Bombay Vintage on Appleby Line Burlington for the first time. We ordered for take out the vindaloo Chicken, vegetable Biryani, plain naan, basmati rice, and found the portion sizes very generous, and reasonably priced. If you like spicy hot foods, order the Vindaloo chicken, it’s the hottest I have ever had, nice thick sauce and an adventure to eat, thankfully I had the naan bread to soak it up and put the fire out in my mouth! The Biryani was loaded with vegetables, good amount of heat and flavour with a yogurt sauce to cool things off. Naan was delicious, not too thick, did the job of soaking up all the goodness. Highly recommend Bombay Vintage, and look forward to dining inside when things get back to normal to experience the service and ambiance.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bombay Vintage, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that this establishment takes pride in delivering top-notch service and authentic Indian/Pakistani cuisine.

Sunny, the manager, showcased remarkable customer service skills. His genuine care for his staff and dedication to ensuring a positive dining atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It was evident that he treats his team well, fostering a welcoming and harmonious work environment. Sunny's attention to detail extended to the guests as well; he went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt valued and satisfied with their dining experience.

The food at Bombay Vintage is nothing short of exceptional. Each dish was a testament to the chef's mastery in delivering authentic Indian and Pakistani flavors. The menu offered a delightful array of options, and every bite was a burst of deliciousness. There were no shortcomings in the culinary department, and I left with a heightened appreciation for the rich and diverse palette of Indian and Pakistani cuisine.

What truly impressed me was the cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant. The meticulous attention to cleanliness added to the overall positive dining experience. The inviting atmosphere enhanced the enjoyment of the delicious meals, making it a place where one can savor not just the food but also the entire dining experience.

Vishwas, our server, deserves special mention for his excellent customer service skills. He demonstrated a passion for his role, showcasing an eagerness to make our dining experience memorable. Vishwas went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, and his genuine care for the guests was palpable.

In conclusion, my visit to Bombay Vintage was a delightful experience from start to finish. Sunny's exceptional management skills, combined with Vishwas's outstanding service, made for an unforgettable dining adventure. I am looking forward to bringing my family back for more visits, as Bombay Vintage has undoubtedly become a top choice for authentic Indian and Pakistani...

Visited recently and have learnt over the few visits that it best to stick to their Chinese hakka offering. Indian curries are a hit and miss. Tandoori items similar- hit and miss. This time around the service was also very good. was a young lady , very pleasant, always came back after each course to check how was the food and if we required anything.

On most occasions we have been served in the past by a young fellow who wears glasses. This fellow is always in some kind of a rush; it is like he has a plane to catch and he will miss his connection if he doesn't rush our order and food. I always like to order the appetizers first and then based on how the family and group feels order main courses. We will barely be taking the 2nd bite of our appetizer and he is there at the side of the table" are you ready to order main course". I have never understood what is the rush. Can he not allow us to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed?

Tipping staff - as a general rule i always ask the service staff if tips left on a credit card are given to the service staff or does the owner keep the tips. I was very shocked to learn that the owner of this restaurant does not give the tips left by the customers on a credit card settlement to his severs. Only cash tips are given to the servers. I then decided to tip the server in cash for the excellent service she provided. The owner of this restaurant - would you care to explain if what i was told by your serves is true or not entirely accurate? If this is true, this is disgraceful and you are cheating your employees and also misleading your customers into thinking tips are given to the servers are truly a tip.

i would encourage guests to ask this question about tips if you visit...

If you have read my other review you will know I am very particular with my Indian food. This place was recommended several times and I reluctantly went as I have so far not found great Indian restaurants.

I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised how good the food was. The Papri Chat initially came with Chat Masala containing black salt even though we requested no black salt. We asked to have it remade with no chat masala just chutneys and our server kindly had the dish remade. Very good. The tandoori chicken for the first time ever in a restaurant had no artificial food colouring. It looked like what I would make at home. It was tasty and fresh. The Kadai chicken was also wonderful, not greasy or full of cream. Again how I would make at home. However the best part was that when we ordered tadka daal as a mild dish it actually came out as requested. So many restaurants say their dishes are mild and have a ready made sauce for everything and end up spicy! Not here. This was authentic cooking. Roomali Roti and the Butter Roti were soft and fluffy. I didn’t take photos as I was not expecting much but I’m glad I finally found a great Indian restaurant. I’m looking forward to going back soon.

Service was very attentive. Our server asked us if we were ready for mains instead of bringing them out during our appetizers so well done to them. Overall highly recommended...
