Unfortunately there is NOT a 0 star option so Im stuck giving a 1 star review.. My fiancee and I had an early dinner, and were hungry around 9:30pm, so we decided to Uber Eats and share their chicken tender combo. We ordered their jalepeno bombers to substitute the fries. When the order arrived and we began to dig in, we soon realized that they did NOT send us their bombers, but instead sent us mac n cheese bites. Upon biting into the chicken tenders, we found that they were very stale and that the chicken was the "late night, were about to close chicken" - I understand you guys close @ 10 and we ordered around 9:30pm but come on! This is where is gets better.. @ 3:30am the next morning, I woke up with the sweats and had to rush to the bathroom puking up my guts - my fiancee soon followed... I was ill the entire day with food poisoning, and finally 2 days later am 90% recovered. I called the restaurant the day of(Monday) to kindly let them know of my situation. The female manager I spoke to didnt really seem to care, and said she would talk to the manager working @ the time of our order.. She took my info down and said she would call back a little later.. Well 2 days later, still no word from them.. Absolutely disgraceful. Never going back again. Be careful everyone, hopefully this doesnt...

I went here last week and witnessed the guy washing the chicken tenders in the employee hand sink. Keep in mind this place normally has pre-breaded pre-fried chicken tenders. I questioned the girl why the guy was washing the chicken tenders in that sink and she said to me “don’t worry those aren’t yours” So if those weren’t mine and no one else was in the store who did those belong to? And even if they weren’t mine did she think it was okay to feed that chicken to someone else after me? She then made up a lie saying “those were wings and because we don’t have plain wings right now he is washing off the spices to rebread the wings for it to be plain wings” excuse me ? I don’t even know how that made sense to her in her head. Overall she didn’t understand that it was wrong for them to be washing ANY type of chicken in the EMPLOYEE HAND sink. For all I know they dropped the chicken and decided to wash it off. I ended asking for a refund because if I saw them doing that to chicken that was supposedly not mine who knows what they did to mine or any other order we don’t see them preparing. Anyways, I hope you guys had fun with public health because you lied to them too and he too couldn’t make any sense...
Read moreWonderful example of what a franchised chain restaurant location should be, top to bottom, inside and out. Great service, great staff, food always prepared well and nice, plus, even if you trying to avoid the carbs, YOU gotta eat the BISCUITS HERE! Definitely a game changer! Manager Sharon also went well out of her way to complete my order, including added modifications (i.e. toppings on sandwiches) and all, with no stress, fuss or hassle, like it was a piece of CAKE! People should be mindful though, that fried chicken done in fast food places like this, still takes an average of 6-10 mins for a chicken burger patty, & 15-20mins for actual chicken pieces before it comes out the fryer from scratch, or even a little longer if you plan on feeding an army platoon! My only concern is can they keep this excellent service and quality of food product up for the long haul? Many factors (staffing changeover(s), food purveyor changes, head office implementation with some other bs, etc.) may cause this location to suffer, like many others of many other brands before. If your going to get Church's Chicken in the GTA, it's worth the drive to Burlington to this Gem of a franchise...
