The lady at the counter is rude! I’ve never had an issue picking up orders for Uber. Order was confirmed and she forcing me to and raising her voice at me and in front of customers..”I have to see the Map!” Ummm… no you don’t! Once I click order verified and click - pick up complete, the rest is not your business. These merchants try to disrespect us.. when we working together. I’ve picked up here more than 30 times! This is the first time I’ve been embarrassed and disrespected.

I don’t tell her how to do her job! Anytime I have an pick up and I see her.. I will cancel!

Disappointed with the ingredients in your products. Have loved cobs for years and have been going to them since I was little but I have started reading your ingredients lists on your website and it’s absolutely disappoint the terrible ingredients in your products especially your new plant based ones. Will never be buying from cobs again.

Don't understand what the attraction to Cob's is. I've really tried to like this bakery but am convinced they are totally over rated. Whether its the bread or scones or "croissants" - everything I've tried has the same texture. The sourdough bread does not have the airy texture and beautiful crust it should have, "croissants" are an insult to the buttery flaky layered pastry they should be, and the scones are also just plain bready not the soft crumbly texture they are suppose to have.
