We’ve been loyal customers of this restaurant, placing large orders regularly for events and gatherings. Unfortunately, this time they completely ruined our party with their poor service. Not only did they mess up the entire order, but when we contacted them, the staff member we spoke to was rude and dismissive, even though she admitted the mistake. When we visited the restaurant to resolve the issue, they refused to take any responsibility or offer any solutions. This level of customer service is unacceptable. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere—there are much better options like Zesty, where customers are treated with respect, and orders are handled with care.
(Another response after your solution) Thank you for your response. However, I feel the issue still hasnt been addressed adequately. The staff at your counter clearly had communication problems and showed no understanding of the inconvenience caused. Asking me to leave my workplace during office hours to pick up rice a mistake on your part was unreasonable. As a restaurant, you should have realized that missing an essential item like rice could disrupt a meal, especially when guests may have dietary restrictions or allergies, like to potatoes in this case. The solution you offered was not acceptable and didn’t reflect good customer service. And yes I must point out that there are plenty of shawarma places here in Burlington, and to be honest, your service is well below the standard. I will be sending you an email shortly to see how you plan to resolve this matter. I hope to see better customer service and a more proactive approach...

Read moreAs a mississauga resident I am a big fan of Alzaeem in general, ive had it over 20 times and can comfortably say its the best in Missisauga at the moment.
When i saw that they had another location in Burlington steps away from my buddy’s bodyshop (Global Tech) I thought perfect let me grab them some lunch. Boy did they deliver to expectation
Made a takeout order over the phone and picked up the food, here is my review
Restaurant vibe/cleanliness: 9/10 it looked well maintained and has seating for various group sizes, clean tables etc.
Staff: 10/10 everyone there was friendly. Warmly greeted, smiles, when i questioned why the fries were expensive im guessing the owner took a few bucks off for me because i had ordered 3 shawarmas which I thought was really nice of him and in all honest the fries were good for 3 peeps.
Food: 9.5/10, yup Alzaeem lived up to its brand. When you go to Alzaeem their chicken is solid but the main event is definitely the beef shawarma. Portion size was very generous and is inline with its pricing. I would have given a perfect 10 as I had asked for no tahini but they did add it anyway. Not a biggie.
Overall: 9.5/10, I found it even more impressive than the mississauga location, especially with the generosity on how much they give u vs $$$. I really hope they stay that way because a lot of middle eastern places start this way and begin to cheap out. Keep...
