Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Burlington

I had points to use before they were expiring. It had been a few years since we were at this dominos. We had been regulars as the size, toppings and cheese were plentiful. When we got large pizza it looked like a medium pizza! Secondly, there was virtually no cheese (if I picked the extra cheese it would mean they'd put cheese on it). All we tasted was the sauce. We had to order another one from someone else who we have had good experiences with and namely Pizza Pizza! Just pathetic! I wonder if they cut back on ours because we used points. Either way we are never going back. Domino's you lost a customer. With so much competition you should do a better job and not cheap out on cheese. It's time for new management. Well today I order chicken BBQ and it was in-store experience. The taste and everything was perfect today. Worth what I paid for. Earlier, when I went the same place, I ordered the same, just like today and in return got a cheese pizza when unpacked back at home. But being a honest Asian, rather complaining, I had it, it was too tasty though. I would like to convey to the team members that apart from your baking skills which is ultra high, and knowing the pressure to run and execute a store, listening skills matters too for success of the business and your shift. I have given 5 stars because you guys have never disappoint me in your skills of making a pizza and your in-store hospitality which is incredible always. Hope the team, have a good sale...

Terrible !!! Waited over an hour ,,, then called , asked if order was on its way to be told that it will be at least another 45 to an hour or """" who knows maybe way longer... why are you so angry " was my response I got ? ( ,, do u want me just to cancel your order cause we only have one driver and he is so busy . Can't control that we only have one driver ?!

Not even the convenience of your location would bring me back to your franchise . Hate to be that person but that experience ruined what could have been my family's Friday night pizza night ! Hopefully you rectify what could potentially ruin other "family pizza night choice "...
