Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Burlington

I wish we could give this so called supervisor a “0”, as she should not be dealing with the public. Called to place order to pick up. Unfortunately Snema picked the phone and immediately put me on hold. After 4 minutes of being on hold called back as I thought she forgot about us. When we called back, no addressing thank you for calling … just put on hold right away. Now we were at the location. Walked in location and asked if she answered the phone. She confirmed she did, then I said I was the one on hold. She told me they are busy, and phone in orders come in second. Good to know orders on the phone that we have done for many years are not considered important. She apparently had 3 people to serve, however when we drove up there was one 1 man. She never apologized and lied-. Said she never just put me on hold the second time. We are sorry she does not value Dominos customer’s, and seriously needs to be not dealing with the public. Thank you for opening my eyes that unfortunately RACISM IS ALIVE AND THRIVING at this Dominos location. After being customers for over 4 years, my boyfriend and I will no longer have our weekly pizza from this location.

The male store manager defended and laughed at an employee and his associates openly displaying racist behaviour. Instead of offering an apology, offering empathy, offering understanding or anything my boyfriend was disregarded and belittled. Thank you for providing him with a trespass warning in response to him standing up for being called the N word and straight up spit on.

How this situation was handled was completely DISGUSTING!!!! The other employees at the store were very kind and empathetic to the incident, except the Male Store Manager and even the Store Owner offered nothing but a trespass warning.

Great pizza! We order every Monday night for dinner because Monday is 1/2 price! You can’t beat it- as long as you order online it doesn’t matter what size your pizza is , it’s 1/2 off. Just remember to put the Special Code in - MON50P and that’s it. It stands for “Monday 50 % Off”. We love their Pizza anyway so why not enjoy it at 1/2 price on Monday’s? We choose the size, the toppings and then put the code in just before the end of the order and it calculates your price. We live 5 minute drive away from a Dominos so as soon as it’s ordered head on over. When we arrive it’s piping hot coming out of the oven. What could be better?
