Incredibly great experience at this location! ( I frequent this location a lot to do Uber eats pick ups) had yet to order anything from here until my lunch break today. I sadly never caught the woman’s name, but incredibly great and friendly service! Complimented my Michael Myers T-shirt and turns out she’s a huge fan of the horror fandom. Recommended a great old horror movie I haven’t seen yet (great recommendation btw it was a good movie!!). Overall customer service experience was of a great standard from this nice woman. The Food was good- compared to the location in Mapleview mall (their bread is so dry and crumbly there) the Plains Rd location’s food is superb compared to others. Bread was fresh, soft and NOT crumbly. Everything tasted great ( got the large assorted cold cut sub) all ingredients were fresh and all tasted good. Read moreI’ve been a customer of this Mr sub for probably 15-20 years now, since I was a kid, and it has consistently served up great quality food and great quality conversation. My parents and I were customers here when Sonja, the owner, was just an employee back then! She’s a great owner, and you can tell her genuine care in what she does by the way her employees and other customers speak so highly of her.
I came in tonight on my way home from work as I regularly do, and was met by Sam, who offered up great suggestions in my order which I happily took. Which, by the way, the queso bacon on the steak and cheese was an amazing choice. Sam and I had a great conversation while she was preparing my sub, she said she was a fairly new employee but I couldn’t even tell with how comfortable and experienced she seemed.

Read moreI've gone several times to this location without issue. However today was different. People want to grab a quick sub and head back to work. This cannot happen if your employee is left alone. There were 4 customers in the store at the time and a skip the dishes/Uber order. I waited over 10 minutes before leaving without my lunch and having to go elsewhere. Do better especially when during lunch and dinner time. The employee was quick, polite and clean, but alone...this is managements issue to fix!
