AVOID THIS LOCATION. Horrendous service. Even worse customer service over the phone.
Placed an order through Skip the Dishes (Fresca Cauli), ended up with the Pisa. Called their store to find out what happened - the employee laughed and said that the Pisa toppings are what's supposed to be on the Fresca. I corrected the employee indicating that the Gino's website contradicts what that person said - they then blamed Skip. Their Customer Service was not helpful either. They told me to contact the store - endless cycle. They even suggested that I drive to the store and present the pizza which, I would do, if I hadn't ordered through Skip due to not having a practical mode of transportation at the moment.

I read some.of the bad reviews and I will say they have changed.. I tried Ginos when the first opened and I didn't like .. never went back . My wife used to get Ginos with her father for ever since day one so we gave it a shot.. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of ingredients and it was cooked the way I like.(well done too crispy crust).. Deliverydrives are very nice people so tip .for a.comment saying his topping were falling off his slice into the box.. learn howto eat pizza bud. 🤦♂️was it your first day? If you order 5.toppings and that very well may happen.. Most bad reviews are 2 years old.. thisnolace deserves 4.5 star...

I came to Gino's Pizza on the 4th of August 2018. I ordered one slice of pizza totaling $4.00 I give a five dollar bill while my mother was in Giant Tiger. He takes my five slams it into the till doesn't give my loonie back. Gives my pizza. I look at the till says 4.00$ Get my mom to say something (Since as a kid they would just ignore me OR say i'm wrong) Now a lady is at the till she says she didn't deal with the money. gives us our loony back.
