Can’t say anything about the food because I probably will never come back here to even eat the food. I came to pick up an Uber eats order, and the woman at the front register felt that it was ok to deny me ordering food because she said the Uber order was more important than myself placing an order. * let it be known, she stated the order was not ready, hence why I asked to place an order for myself*. I would never come back to this location ever again based off of that alone. I would think that the place of business would want to make more money but apparently my money wasn’t worth it because the Uber order took priority over me working a 12 hour shift and wanting to get something quick to eat. Also, I’m doing YOU guys a favour by coming to pick up the order and delivery of.. you guys aren’t paying me to do this, so I’m literally spending my time and money to actually pick up your orders and delivery them on yours and Ubers behalf. But It’s nice to know that this location prioritizes that over any walk in looking for a bite to eat. Not cool, and she was a bit chill about this either. Thanks to this woman’s lovely service this evening, I will not be visiting this location again. Legit, only wanted a personal pan pizza- it’s a small little baby pizza that shouldn’t take more than five minutes to cook. I wasn’t aware that I wasn’t allowed to be hungry while doing Uber eats deliveries🥲 And that you guys actually refused money from someone who wanted to buy food from your store. I am shocked. Read moreToday was the first time I went to this location in over a year and I have to say I’m disappointed in the management changes. I went with my two little cousins and grandmother. When we walked in, we were waiting for a hostess but didn’t see anyone around, no waitresses or anything.The gentleman who approached us was very nice and told us about the changes being made. As someone who has worked in customer service for 4-5 years I understand it is not the employees decision what the management decides to do with the business, but I was little bit confused as to why they didn’t offer dine-in service anymore because it puts the serving staff out of jobs. When we went to order at the counter it was really confusing for us because there was certain items we couldn’t order anymore off the menu. Waited 15 minutes for the food, sat down at the table and ate our meal without any paper plates to eat off of, just napkins. The food was fine, but I liked it a lot better when I could sit down in a booth and interact with the servers, have a menu in my hands and a plate to eat my food off. Now it’s just weird and I don’t think I’ll go back again. Probably just order online from now on. I’m hoping the owner sees this so they can think twice about the changes...
