Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Burlington

This place is special amongst Subway and Mr. Subs. If it wasn’t for Brittany who has gone above and beyond twice for me now I wouldn’t return because of unfortunate experiences at every other Subway and Mr. Sub in Burlington. This restaurant says it closes at 9:30pm, I left the building at 10:02pm as she was closing up but she was still positive and willing to make me 2 subs that I wanted. Thank you so much Brittany. Furthermore, this is the only Sub Restaurant in all of Burlington that always picks up the phone, is actually open like stated on their webpages via Google and have competent staff all the way through. Brittany, is the best Sub-Maker there is, she remembers everything you say and she isn’t annoying like literally every Sub Employee who says, “and, and, and” and than FORGETS a topping. This location also has both Black and Green Olives as well Pineapple (My wife likes the fruit?). Thank you Brittany for making this area I live in relatively healthy for me to eat! I never write reviews but felt I should have because of this experience.. Have been visiting this location for subs for over 20 years . Have eaten alot of subs. Recently signed up for the buy so many subs ... and get one free. I was told 2 visits ago , your next sub is free ..great so went for the next visit ..was told no no it's your next one free ...okay I go in tonight for my free one plus always purchasing another one at the same time and was told oh that expired yesterday January 29 th. Really what a joke was never told of an expiration.. ..it's not about the free sub .it's the point about being told next one is free twice . I haven't seen the old owner the last few times I have been in so I feel like maybe changed ownership?? It's too bad because I won't be back and have been a customer for...

The management or owner has to stop skimping on super subs . Count your cold cuts people. If you pay for double the meat you should get double the meat . I don’t blame the young taller blonde girl working there but (3) times in a row now she puts (7) slices of cold cuts on a super assorted sub . There’s (3) different cold cuts on a super sub . On a regular assorted you get (4) slices of (3) different cold cuts . On a super assorted you get double the meat . Everyone here can do the math . It’s obviously not a simple mistake because it’s been done to me (3) different times . Get what you pay for people ! I know I sound cheap but this has been taught to this young employee.
