I recently visited gino pizza , and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! The pizza was absolutely delicious – the crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce had just the right balance of flavors, and the toppings were fresh and generous. I especially loved the [mention a specific pizza or topping]! Not only was the food amazing, but the service was top-notch too. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to help with any requests. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot for a casual meal with family or friends. I highly recommend gino pizza in appleby village at new st to anyone looking for quality pizza and a great dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Hard no. Will not be going here again. Addressed staff about my concerns and they proceeded to speak to each other in a different language. We got green pepper on 1 slice. It was paper thin and clearly was rushed or made with little to no effort. On top of all of this they charge 20 dollars for it. Id recommend napoli pizza if you want a good pizza.

Great location with great staff. Pizza was well cooked with good amount of cheese and topping. I will be trying their Indian style pizza as well as they do carry ginger, garlic and chillies for pizza as well. Store was clean and well organized too. Will return to this location soon.

I purchased a Wagjag for an XL 4 topping pizza. I had tried to redeem it once before but you can't order over the phone you have to walk in. I went in today and ordered my pizza I didn't know there was an expiry date on the Wagjag. In Canada coupons and gift cards values must be honoured even if the deal isn't. I was told to come back in 15-20 minutes and the pizza would be ready. When I returned to pick it up I was told they hadn't made the pizza as the Wagjag had expired and been used before! I told them the Wagjag had not been used before and you have to honour the voucher amount even if you don't honour the special. Both girls looked at me as if I was ripping them off. I told them I paid for the voucher you can't just take the money and give me nothing in return that's just bad business. After looking back and forth at each other in disgust they finally said they would make the pizza. Be careful, buying vouchers is tricky and it shouldn't be. Merchants seem to think they can just take peoples money if they don't use the vouchers or forget. Its a lousy practise that needs to stop. If they had said we can't give you the special but we will take what you paid and apply it to whatever you want I would have been fine with it. The expired voucher I found out did have a date on it to be fair and I hadn't noticed. It expired yesterday!!!! 1 day!! At least they did honour the voucher and the pizza was really good so I will return but I thought people should know. ...

Ordered an x-large pizza. Delivered with food temperature being acceptable. This was a thin crust with pepperoni ham and pineapple. It tasted actually quite good it had a nice spicey zing that I liked. But I was generous with the 2 rating here's why. Each slice had no more then 2 pieces of pepperoni max. Each slice had a max of 2 pieces of pineapple which were half inch long. So small you could barely taste them on their own but tasteless on the pie. Now the kicker the ham was literally sprinkled on each piece in a couple places. You couldn't use a pepper shaker but close. Little tiny and I mean tiny pieces of ham. I assume they were pcs of ham but again barely any taste at all they were so small. A thin layer of cheese and a little bit of sauce. I actually laughed out loud when i figured those little squares were ham. It had to be difficult to cut them that small. No axageration all the meat and pineapple would fit on an average open hand in the palm with no chance of over flow. It was insulting. The cost of the ingredients must have been negligible.

The crust was thin as requested and it was tasty and properly cooked I will give it that. Come on owner look me in the eye tell me that pizza was any kind of value for the money AT ALL. Is that what you would feed your hungry family honestly. Unfortunately there's more and more of this product quality getting worse and price going up. I will think twice before I get another pizza here. Sorry...

Ordered pickup 20 minutes behorehand. It wasnt ready when i arrived. So i paid and was told to wait 2-3 min. Im in the store waiting for 15 minutes, and was handed a cold pizza. In the store waiting, i wasnt outside, right beside where you order. I only inquired if my order was ready when a different customer came in and ordered one on the spot. His order was ready before mine. While my order was placed long time before. When i asked if it was ready. It had been ready the whole time, they just decided for whatever reason not to let me know my pizza was ready. I understand they can get busy, and im not upset about the time it would take. Im upset about the sheer disrespect they’d shown me by not even apologizing for the mistake.

I wouldnt have made a review if theyd at least apologize.

All they did was look at each other speak in their language and laugh at me. Awful service, and extremely disrespectful staff.

Also pizza was obviously cold and rubbery...
