Great place for quality dishes. The menu provides a lot of tasty sounding options that it's hard to choose, but the Muscles were a very solid pick of an appetizer with a savory and spicy flavour. The Turkey Burger entree sounded too good to pass up. I recommend adding the sweet potato fries to it to round out the flavors. The carbonara was a favourite at the table as well and is one of their most popular dishes for good reason. The steak frite was an excellent dish as well with a perfectly cooked steak and tasty Parmesan fries. Will definitely be coming back soon!

I've eaten at the location in Toronto before, it was great, and this restaurant is close to home, so I why not give it a try? And it was great. Of all the places I could have chosen to dine at for my milestone birthday, I'm glad It was here because the food and service was great, the atmosphere was energetic, and my little baby nephew made quite the impression on the female servers, lol. It was a fun and relaxing birthday dinner, and I highly recommend this location for any occasion.

Our service was fantastic! Friendly, welcoming people & fast delivery of items. Unfortunately, the food didn’t blow us away overall (although bonus points for presentation.) The Fried chicken sandwich came with a soggy bottom bun, lacked flavour yet, had lots of raw, thick sliced jalapeño peppers which didn’t suit the sandwich (served with a small portion of fries.) The Moroccan chicken was just ok, wouldn’t entice me back. Overall, we were only Impressed with the beet salad

Jackson's Landing in Burlington, Ontario, is a gastronomic haven that redefines the dining experience, offering an exquisite menu crafted with unparalleled finesse. Having dined in renowned establishments across the globe, I find Jackson's Landing to be a standout culinary destination that seamlessly marries contemporary Canadian cuisine with innovative techniques, creating a symphony of flavors that tantalize the palate and captivate the senses.

The moment one steps into Jackson's Landing, they are enveloped by an atmosphere of understated elegance. The interior exudes sophistication, with a modern yet timeless design that sets the stage for an extraordinary dining experience. The service is impeccable—discreetly attentive and thoroughly knowledgeable, ensuring each guest is well-accommodated.

The menu is a celebration of the finest locally sourced ingredients, curated with precision and creativity. Each dish is a work of art, meticulously plated to highlight the vibrant colors and textures of the ingredients. The culinary team, led by a visionary chef, demonstrates a masterful command of flavor, presenting dishes that are both innovative and rooted in tradition.

Notable offerings include exquisite seafood, delicately prepared to preserve its natural essence, and succulent meats cooked to perfection. The chef's deft use of seasonal produce and herbs elevates each dish to a level of extraordinary refinement. The wine list is a well-curated selection of both local and international labels, offering ideal pairings for every course.

Desserts are an indulgent finale, each a masterpiece of taste and presentation. From intricate pastries to luscious confections, they provide a memorable conclusion to an exceptional meal.

Jackson's Landing stands as a beacon of culinary excellence in Burlington, setting the standard for fine dining in the region. For those who, like myself, have traveled the world in pursuit of the finest culinary experiences, Jackson's Landing is a must-visit destination that rivals even the most esteemed dining establishments. It offers an extraordinary gastronomic journey that lingers long after the last bite.

WARNING IF YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY, ARE A FOODIE, AND LOVE TO EXPERIENCE NEW RESTAURANTS.. DO NOT COME HERE

I humbly regret suggesting this place for my younger sisters birthday. The service is poor and the lack of detail and attention to a patrons needs is unequivocally alarming.

Upon entering the establishment you are greeted by hostesses who do not anticipate how quickly they are walking you to your table leaving you in the dust ( very behind). 🚩Red Flag #1

Friends and family were already there which was probably the only pleasant sight in the place. Once I was seated the waiter came over, DID NOT INTRODUCE herself.. I asked the table if they knew her name or if she mentioned it to them prior they all said NO.Second red flag of the evening. The server did not ask if we have been there before and or make any recommendations of the menu. 🚩Red Flag #2

We ordered starters and drinks. Now this is where it gets cute.. I ordered my second drink and found a DISGUSTING FLY IN MY DRINK. 🚩Red Flag #3

That was it I was out.. before I found the insect in my beverage.. it was actually tasting decent and I would have recommended the bar for drinks. It appeared that the bar made fairly tasty drinks within a reasonable price point.

NEGATIVE I was wrong. The food was sub par a solid 2.5/5 for appetizers. I immediately cancelled my food order because I do not trust a restaurant who fails to QUALITY CHECK their items before providing them to their patrons… it screams carelessness.

One thing you can never play about is your health and that is directly correlated to what you consume.

The server apologized and told her manager … who also apologized and told me the drink only will be removed from the bill and asked if I wanted another one. Which I politely declined and as previously stated cancelled my dinner order.

The gag is when the rest of the table received their dinner orders the server then decide to bring out the customary tap water in glasses… when no one asked.

DO NOT COME HERE unless you enjoy lack luster food, poor service and sub par insect infested alcohol drinks.

If I could rate this review...

Use to come here often to watch a game At least 2 to 3 times a month during NBA season The service was always pleasant and the food was good. From time to time there would be hick ups with our order or the TV screen would change, but the people at the bar and male manager would always come through and make things right. That’s the reason we always come back During the playoffs this year, our expectations and service was horrible We made reservations and requested to be seated close to the bar. When we got there, they gave us the table close to the bar by the TV’s. As we sat down, the hostess came back and asked us if we can move because they had given our table to another group. We were given an option to decide whether to seat at the bar or take our given table. Out of nowhere, a veteran server ( not our server) decided to make comments under her breath that we are not allowed to pick and choose a table with out reservation. We initially kept quite and decided to take our reserved table. The veteran server continued to make comments towards us until I spoke up. Our server was polite and very accommodating. We proceed to order our food. We ordered the landing burger and when it came, it was way under cooked, almost raw. Called our server and she was very accommodating but the veteran server showed up and told us the burger was fine … it wasn’t fine to us and I finally told her to please leave us alone and just let our server do her job. Our server apologized and did bring us a new burger to our liking Then veteran server changed to channel on the TV were the game was being shown. We ask for the manger and now she is claiming she couldn’t put the game back on because the remote wasn’t working. It was only when another two other tables ask for the game to be put back on , the remote started working again Clearly the female manager was protecting the veteran server and couldn’t care less about our concerns Not sure if we would come back here again, let alone recommend this place to anyone We have been going to The Landing in Oakville. The food and service there is great and will...
