Long overdue review for my favourite bubble tea store! My husband and I have been coming here ever since the shop opened (I think for the last 3-4 years) and have not found another bubble tea store that we like better!
Quality: 11/10 I highly recommend getting their mango slushie - they use fresh mangos, cut daily, and it’s absolutely delicious! The reason we love the bubble tea from I Heart Boba so much is because their slushies, smoothies, and juices are made with real fruits - this is not the case for all other bubble tea stores!
Price: 10/10 Aside from how good their bubble tea tastes, the prices are great for the amount of bubble tea that you get! :)
Service: 11/10 The owner is amazing and is sooo sweet!! She’s always extremely friendly and makes sure that we’re happy with our drinks each and every single time. We always come back to show support because of how amazing she is!
Overall, I highly recommend checking out I Heart Boba in Burlington. Definitely try ordering their mango slushie with their fresh mango topping, it will...

I'm really happy with the Boba Tea here. I usually have a terrible experience with other places where the tea is made extremely sweet or the tapioca is awful, and squishy.
I ordered the ice taro cream tea, and the lady who was making the tea suggested 50% less sugar and offered to add more if needed. I truly appreciate her help in finding the perfect level of sweetness.
The 50% less sugar was spot on. I could taste the taro, the cream, and the tapioca, which was cooked to perfection! The sweetness didn't overpower everything.
It's the first boba tea that I've enjoyed in a very long time, and I'm thrilled that I was finally able to savor it! I'm definitely coming back since this place has become my go-to spot for satisfying my boba cravings. I highly recommend it to all boba tea lovers who have yet to find a tea shop that meets their...
Read moreMy kids love this place, always have, their boba smoothies are amazing. My review is not about their drinks, it’s about the cheap straws they use now. First they switched to paper from plastic, those straws were not as good as the plastic ones but they were sturdy. We often had to get an extra one because if you don’t drink your smoothie fast enough it softens and is unusable. Well after our last visit it’s gotten worst. They’ve now switched to an even cheaper straw that collapses on itself very quickly. What an absolute failure, smoothies are almost $10 now and the straw is cheap and doesn’t last. I mean you can’t even suck up the jellies and tapiocas. My daughter had an extra back up straw from months ago so she was able to use that instead. Get some better quality straws please or you will lose business! I’ll give you a 5 star if you...
