When management talks down to their customers after delivering the wrong pizza, and refuses to make a new one and deliver it. Meanwhile he has the time to argue with you on the phone for around 10 minutes, using foul language, including the f-word. But apparently he doesn’t have the time or money to make another pizza and prefers to lose a customer.
You’ll love how he resolved the issue! Apparently the Pizza Hut app is not ‘his or the store’s problem.’ So if we wanted a new pizza we had to drive to the store and pick the new one up. Oh, by the way, we also had to bring back the pizza he screwed up on!
When my boyfriend gets there, the manager degraded him in front of his staff; asking if my boyfriend is dumb, drunk and if he even went to school!?!?
His name is Maher, and due to him we will no longer support any type of business at bat location.

Varun went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—from taking our order with a big smile to ensuring our food came out hot and fresh. The pizza? Delicious as always—perfectly baked, loaded with toppings, and full of flavor. We also tried the wings and breadsticks, and they were just as amazing.

Read moreI used to regularly order my pizza from this outlet. However, from last few months I must say their quality of food and service has become very poor and bad. They keep serving pizza which is soggy, overcooked and not at all up to standards. After ordering pizza, we get feedback to report, and it is disappointing that none of them revert back to you with any apologies or actions. Basically, I have realized that store management is very rude and careless, hence, not bothering even about feedback. If you don't want to act, then no need to ask for feedback just for a formality. Please see these photos and decide tell me who will eat these pizza? I dont think anyone will do. Hence, I decided to completely stop ordering anything from now.
