Why do I have to speak to 3 people to get a FREEE meal verified. You made the mistake in the drive-thru and I found out 20 minutes down the road.
A customer should not be questioned about this. Cashier walked away then asked me to move for the next customer. The order manager had to question me twice and walked away. The drive-thru manager was the only one who processed my order.
No thank-you or apologies.

Hey Lindsay and Ryan maybe you should respond to reviews and not add people to the book. Ralph and Susan never figured it out either.
Once again you can't follow your screens. Put me in the book like you do with every other mistake.
I ASKED FOR NO SAUCE YOU PUT SAUCE ON IT.
This location service has gotten much better since Ralph retired. But orders are stilling getting wrong, like they always have.

I ordered a Chicken BLT upsize fries. I got 3/4 of the fries and 1 piece of bacon? Seriously?
Ralph was NEVER this cheap. Don't worry add my free meal to the book again.
Instead or sugarcoating this. Make our meals right the first time.

I specifically asked for NO Tomato and NO Mayo on my BLT. I was told it doesn't come with Mayo. But I got Mayo on my BLT. Thanks again for being consistently making my sandwiches wrong.

Staff taking care of it was fabulous. Manager onsite only focused on drive thru.

Read moreI want to preface this by saying I go to McDonald’s almost every single day before work, I always get the same thing. I noticed awhile back my small combo would sometimes cost around $7.50 and other times around $5.80. When at another location, the cashier suggested I keep my receipt to show so they can always ensure I get the lower price (I think it’s just a different way of them putting it into their system). So once I came to this location a few weeks ago, they fought me on it. They were not kind about it, and when the manager came by he said that the price I want and have been getting from the other store is wrong. But he still matched it because I had my receipt, and when him and the cashier imputed it in and both were surprised at how the price came down compared to before.
I proceeded to come to this location another two times with no issues. But today I went and as I approached the drive through the lady over the intercom kept insisting I can’t get the deal and she can’t do it. I politely said how I have been getting that deal everyday with no issue, and I said I would like to speak with their manager because I did prior and he was receptive. She just scolded at me and told me to pull forward, and I could hear her complaining about me over the intercom to her coworkers. And when I pulled to the drive through the next lady insisted I can’t get that deal and that the other location is wrong. She was very aggressive and mean with how she was talking to me. I politely had mentioned how I was here and talked to her and her manager two weeks ago and it wasn’t an issue. She just kept saying I can’t, and she stormed off and called her manager. While standing there waiting for her manager she had her hands in the air and apologized to her manager about having to call her over for me and just seemed so angry and bothered. The manager did match the price and again the lady in the drive through acted surprised when it worked on her cash system. I asked if there was a way I could order this going forward because I don’t need to cause anyone any issues. And they both still said I’m not supposed to do it and closed the window on me.
I was nothing but kind, even apologizing for asking for the manager. This is the second negative interaction with this place and I left in tears. Just constant and consistent bad customer service. I’ve worked customer service for years and I would never be rude to the staff because I’ve been there working with unruly customers. Read moreThis is by far the worst McDonald's I've been to. The staff some nights are extremely rude at the drive through window. I ordered a medium strawberry milkshake, got to the window and was handed a strawberry smoothie. I said I had ordered a strawberry milkshake and the girl at the window was nothing short of rude to me as it seemed like I was causing her an inconvenience. By this point just to get to the window, I had already waited a good 15 minutes... So I wasn't too happy. Anyway I handed back the smoothie and the girl disappeared and 5 minutes later a guy came to the window, handed me a milkshake half tipping over into my car and said "here, we good?" as I looked a tad confused because my strawberry milkshake was white and they're usually pink. I drove away out of frustration and feeling pressure from the car behind me as I'm sure they weren't too happy waiting 20+ mins either. I parked my car, went inside and waited at the cash for someone to notice me. Another customer came in and together we waited for a solid 5 minutes. The customer I was standing with ended up leaving (he was visibly angry) and by him hitting the door hard to open it when he left, that noise caught the attention of one of the workers and she came to me again like I was causing an inconvenience. I told her the deal with my milkshake and she went to make me a new one to realize the strawberry flavour was empty from the machine. She didn't know how to fix it so she asked a girl who had just finished her shift and walking out if she could help her and the girl who finished her shift replied with "sorry, off the clock!" as she stood waiting for food to come to her. It ended up taking another 10 mins before someone much older from the back came out to replace the strawberry flavouring. I'm assuming this was probably a person of management.
