I always love Subway but it will never get a 5 star review until the following two issues stop. Sub maker, âand, and, andâ the irritation this normalcy in ordering subs from any subway is unbearable. I ensure to watch the subs and I annunciate my choice of toppings in twoâs giving them more than adequate and sufficient time to put the topping on and once they start the second topping I will say two more toppings etc. On the few occasions I have decided to say whatever and just blurt out all of my toppings at once the outcome is that the employee forgets one of them and I have to intervene in order to have the correct toppings on my sub. I understand and I can relate to the annoyance employees our feeling when makings subs over and over and the customer is in lala land taking for ever to speak out their toppings. However, I am on the ball, I say the topping in advanced and they arenât done with putting on my previous toppings, thus, there is NO need and it comes off as rude when the worker continually says, âand, and, andâ especially when I finally do just fire all the toppings I want off my tongue and than they forget one or two and have to ask me again. This is a major pet peeve of mine with all restaurants and Subway is awarded the Gold Metal for not being opened even though it says they are online and also on their signs on the front window of the store. This happens to me probably monthly where I am trying to get fast food that is relatively healthy, so, I seek out Subway which has listen their hours as open from 10:00am to 10:00pm, some even as late as 11pm or midnight. However, when I arrive at these different Subway destinations they are closed. This has NOTHING to do with Covid as this something I have been dealing with for years. Subway, follow the schedule you provide to your customers or else you will lose some. I can easily get a sub from Mr. Sub and other competitors which are just as good and competitive in price. I have in the past complete refused to give my business to certain establishments, for example The Hilton Vaughn location will never receive business from me again and I will forever continue to share my horror story with picture evidence to back it up.    Read moreIm Hoping my experience was a one time issue at this locations. I was in subway for 45 minutes, waiting for 2 6inch Subs for my kids. I was holding a 5 month old the whole time. There was only 2 people infront of me ordering individual subs. There was one worker who was doing walkins, and online/phone orders. She was rushed, frazzled and alone. It wasn't right for anyone. You could feel all the frustration in the air. I would have left but I was verbally told numerous times a few more minutes... I get she was overwhelmed, but honestly just tell me the truth. Phone calls were coming in and getting done before mine, I left extremely frustrated and will never return. My best advice for all.. avoid this location, drive a little up Guelph line to the other location great costumer service and honesty there.    Read moreWe presented our coupons before ordering, as is their policy. Coupons were inspected and we were told which subs to choose from. We were using the buy a foot long and get a 6-inch for $1. When we went to pay, the coupon wouldnât work. They said it could be since the date on the coupon just started that day (doesnât make sense). Manager/owner was called on the phone and said there was nothing she could do. We paid the full price knowing it wasnât this young girlâs fault (and our toasted subs were getting cold) and went back the next day to talk in person and again was told thereâs nothing they can do.
