It’s been awhile since I’ve been to Pita Pit. I used to go a lot when I was in School many years ago. Food was still the same to my surprise but prices are not! I got a Chicken Slovaki Pita and a can of Sprite, the total came to $17! That’s crazy talk considering they give you the smallest amount of chicken in the Pita. Not sure how they stay in business with pricing like that. My other issue is why when they make your pita they don’t mix everything? It’s always lettuce on one side meat in the middle and veggies on the other. So when you take a bite on the lettuce side it’s just pure lettuce. Before you wrap it up shake it around. For $17 they should do a dance too. For the current prices I will not return. Many other healthy alternatives at more affordable prices. Later PP. P.s. staff was very friendly and worked quickly, no issues there!! Thanks staff.

Have been to 10s of pita pits all around canada. This one gave me not the best service in my opinion. Went on may 11, 7 PM. Waited almost 20 mins for a single smoothie order with only 2 customers before me. The person on the table was doing soo hard work, while the other kid working with her seemed very laid back. Cleaned her eyes wearing the same glove making my smoothie, went on to get a receipt from the garbage bin with the same glove. Not trying to be a karen, but it doesn’t seem very good when you are slow and still be this untidy. Still 3 stars for the hardworking lady who was actually working hard to get the line moving.

Update: new people working here and it has gone downhill, cheap out on the chicken, cheap on the sauce and the pitas are tiny. They load the pita with lettuce to make it look full. This used to be my favorite spot. Got the Ancho chicken wrap and wow is it really good! The lady who made the wrap today did an amazing job! This is the best Pita Pit in Burlington! Go here for Pitas, honestly the pita pit is severely underrated! Try the new Fiesta steak wrap! First picture is how the used to make it and the second picture is how they make it now.

worst pita pit I have ever been to. I used to work for pita pit so I know the tasks as an employee. I have never been satisfied with anything made at this location but since it is so close to my house I always try to give it another chance. from undercooked meat, to attitude issues, to time management, to poor food quality (lettuce should be green. not fully brown, veggies are supposed to be fresh not mushy and old.). Trying to serve a fully ripped pita with not even a sliver of it closed is awful customer service. I get it if there is a little rip, that can still be served but I should not have to ask for my mush of a pita to be remade. This location needs a...

I’ve been avoiding writing this review in the hopes that maybe it was just one employee making a bad salad but it seems to be every time.

Every time I get a salad from here, they barely fill it half way with lettuce and I only get one topping so I always have to ask for more lettuce to fill out the container it comes in (I just like chicken and sauce) but every single time I come in and get a salad, it’s always barely half full and I have to ask 3-4 times “Can I please have a bit more lettuce?” so I’ve given up.
