The Burger's Priest — Restaurant in Burlington

It's a good thing this wasn't my first time here because it definitely would have been my last. There is nothing I hate more than getting pre cooked food that has been sitting getting old. Tonight their normally juicy and very flavourful burgers, were cool in temperature and had most definitely been sitting for awhile since they were dry, hard and tasted bad. I assume the meat had been sitting under a heat lamp since the dinner hour. We ordered for pick up, arrived before the 10 minute pickup time window, but somehow how our meals that were only ordered less than ten minutes before were already bagged and waiting for us, further proving, the fries and burgers were not just made, but sitting leftover from the earlier dinner rush I assume, they were nowhere near freshly cooked. If this is what they serve, i won't be back. But I normally love their burgers so may give them one more try. Very...

We have been to this location twice, both have been a disaster. My wife is severely Celiac and it was clearly communicated to the staff that we need them to be careful around food prep. We had issues the first time notified management and they assured us staff would be trained properly. The second time we went, no changes were made, the burger assembler went from burger to burger assembling on top of buns and proceeded to start on my wife’s lettuce wrap burger. I had to watch her prep and remind her to change gloves. Following that the grill cook placed cooked burgers with her flippers onto buns and proceeded to use the same flipper for my wife’s burger. Again, I had to remind her to swap cooking utensil. She did not use a clean one but grabbed another from the grill. My wife had an allergic reaction following the meal. Please...

Been coming here for a little while as I work in the area. The food is always great and the staff is always very pleasant and hard working. I would recommend the California Classic burger and fries, soooo good. Their burgers are always delicious and the fries are fried to perfection! The only reason I left off a star is the floor was so greasy and slippery. As someone who has mopped many floors I can tell you this is due to not changing the water in the mop bucket and using dirty water to mop the floor. That said this would not deter me from coming as I really enjoy their food!
