The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Burlington — Restaurant in Burlington

I wanted to send a quick thank you and acknowledgement of the incredible service my party and I received starting with seating with Rachel, and by our dinner service with Emily.

My party of three has nothing but amazing things to say for the immediate respectful support we received, upon arriving to understand that the restaurant had no reservations available for the evening. Upon a party a party of 3 canceling, Rachel remembered we wanted a seating but were seated at the bar, and asked us if we wished to be seated on the patio. That moment immediately made our evening as memorable as it would become. After being greeted at our table by Emily, from drink service to dessert, we were fully serviced feeling as though we had a reservation and that we weren’t simply a walk-in. Rachel’s front-door service is unparalleled to other greeters we have experienced in the past. REMARKABLE!

Our dinner service experience with Emily will do down as one of our best experiences out on a Saturday night. We asked Emily if we can request to be seated in her section in the future, as she has hands down provided the best experience we have received at ANY other restaurant. From my perspective individually, that includes restaurants across the country. Emily, thank you for making our evening out such a truly awesome experience!

My birthday is coming up on September 29th, and my same party of three...

We come here a lot. The Keg has always been a favourite of mine. Tonight we went for my 40th birthday. I have to say this was the WORST service we have ever had anywhere. I don’t even have words for how disappointed I was tonight. My reservation stated it was my birthday.. not once (During being seated or greeted by our waiter) were we asked if we were celebrating anything special. We waited an hour for appetizers.. another hour before we were asked for our orders (despite our waiter walking right past our table multiple times) then waited for at least another 45 minutes for our mains to come out. I ordered the steak and lobster.. my meal came without lobster. This was the last straw. I finally asked to speak to the manager, who was very nice. And just basically told him how disappointed we were with tonight’s service. He said he would take care of it and was apologetic, but at this point the mood was already ruined. There was no acknowledgement from our server at all. A couple things were removed off the bill.. which is a nice gesture, but not what we were after. All in all this was just such a disappointing night at the Keg. We won’t be back to this location...

Horrible experience, me and my kids visit this location we got the nachos with chicken (always are starter) well this time around was horrible we ordered the nachos and when we got then they had the longest black hair which was disgusting. We let the server know and the manager came to over and ask if we like something else I was over it but the kids was hungry so I said no we won’t get any nachos we just order entrees so we did and by the way it was my daughters birthday in two days so we was out for that special occasion. When the complimentary bread came out it was hard as a rock, so we asked for another the waiter got us another but he seemed very annoyed with us. When the manager offered us something else of the menu we just did entrees the waiter told us no we couldn’t get the entrees so I advised him to get the manger again and he said that’s fine, we waited for over 45 mins and our food, it didn’t not come, and the waiter never came back to check on us so we just got up and left, we did advise the manager the wait was to long and we had more arrangements to attend to.
