This was my favourite Tim Horton for last 10 years I am going to āthis time Horton last 10 years 2 times a day to get tea and bagel for my self and for my co workers today I went to this Tim Horton on 18th September at 10;50 am I ordered my tea and girl who served me tea she checked the pot first and tea was cold and she still put it in my cup and gave it to me when I checked that tea was cold I always take tea with only one cream so that canāt be cold when I said itās cold not hot she gave me second cup from same pot front of me then I told her when you know itās cold and you check with your hand why you are still giving me from same pot she said no itās hot then I said can you make fresh she said itās going to take 5 minutes and I said no problem I am ready to wait then she was still saying me no itās hot and when she was talking with me her tone was very rude and she was laughing on me then one guy was working there he gave me fresh tea then that tea was hot rather than to say sorry she was doing argument for tea when she didnāt listen to me and she was not understanding what I am saying because her English was not good I told her can I talk with your manger she said I am a manger I said oh this your customer service as a manager she said yes I said what is your name she said I am not going to give you my name I know she was lying she is not a manager there because I know that store manager I am going there last 10 years if she gave me her name today I was going to call to head office and politely complain about her but she didnāt gave me her name thatās why I am giving this review before construction all team was working there was very good team but sadly never ever going to back to this Tim Horton again ( this girl was Indian girl thatās why I mention time and date there because she didnāt tell...

I donāt usually leave reviews, but my experiences at this Tim Hortons have been so bad that I feel the need to warn others. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Every single time I visit, thereās an issue with my order. Either they donāt listen properly, they mess up simple requests, or they just completely ignore what I asked for. Itās beyond frustrating.
The worst part is that they will take your order like everything is fine, then either give you something completely different or just forget part of it. And when you try to get it fixed, they act like itās your fault or give you attitude. There is zero accountability, and customer service is nonexistent. If Iām paying for something, the least they could do is get it right or at least apologize when they mess up.
The wait times are also ridiculous, even when thereās barely anyone in line. The staff move at a painfully slow pace, and thereās no sense of urgency. The drive-thru is just as badāgood luck getting them to actually listen to what youāre saying. Iāve had times where I repeated my order multiple times, only to still get something completely different.
Iāve given this location so many chances, hoping they would improve, but itās just getting worse. If you want your order to actually be correct and donāt want to deal with terrible service, go to literally any other Tim Hortons. This one is a disaster. Literally...

Over the week I have been to several Tim Horton's trying to get same drink and had been severely disappointed that after spending about $30 - $40 on this particular drink no other barista prepared it the same way.
Until I went to 3500 Dundas St East with my girlfriend we stopped there for a quick drink and I didn't really expect any better of this tim hortons. However I was delighted to get my favourite drink made the same way, I really appreciate when people are doing their job right and not half-heartedly doing their work. I am writing this to recognize that Navdeep's small efforts of making the coffee right way made my day and kept me with TH :)
I hope Tim Hortons trains their barista's better to deliver consistent taste which has been absent or different at different Tim Hortons' I want to have the drink the way it's shown in the ad and I don't think it's too much to ask as Navdeep and the person at the Stoney Creek have done it right so I would want TH to spend more time in training and ensuring that their staff has incentive to put in full efforts like Navdeep.
